The guy on Hampshire radio always calls it "slate". The club and Umbro call it "flint" Also, I wish he would stop calling Joseph Mills, Fish Mills. Yes its a nickname but it sounds stupid when he uses it all the time during a match.

Why do people keep changing the formation from Jan's 4231? That is the formation we will play today. You may want them to play another one but that doesn't mean it will happen.

you are missing the point! they keep the same formation but swap position thus if they did that in a 2 up front with lallana behind then it would be a very different system
