Leicester have only had 1 on target themselves. Key thing is they scored it! -

I'd be surprised if it wasn't Forster. But McCarthy would also have huge gloves, he is hardly small at 6 foot 4. -

Only the winner of the FA Cup gets a European place. If the winner has another path to Europe then it goes to a team on league placing, not the runner up of the FA Cup. -
It would be significantly less. The reason the TV deals are so large is because of those clubs, them leaving has a huge negative financial impact on the remaining clubs.

Not easy to do at short notice when tied down to big long term contracts.

If it did happen, it would screw Saints financially. The Premier League TV deals would shrink significantly and result in a huge loss of income for Saints.

It isn't 'uncharted' when McCarthy, Bednarek, Romeu, Bertrand, Redmond, Ward-Prowse and Forster were all in the 2018 FA Cup semi final squad and were all at Staplewood this week in the build up to today's game. -

Djenepo in central midfield is a disaster waiting to happen. -

Why is it uncharted for us? It is our 13th FA Cup semi final and many of our squad were involved reaching this stage as recently as 2018. -
You are twisting my words, my post was solely concerning the claim he is knackered. So the amount he is running as a stat is about as relevant as you can get!
-
You can quantify what happens on the pitch, so that makes it more reliable than an observation.
-
Knackered people don't keep up with their league topping average miles run per game. So stats are very much relevant here.
-
If he is knackered, how is he maintaining the running distances he puts in each game? 🤔
-
Yes there is, Saints have a goalkeeper called Gustav Lillienberg. So he can build confidence in training at Staplewood! 😉

5 more top flight goals than Danny Ings had scored at the same age.
-
They were a newly promoted team and finished 2nd. Their budget was not one vastly bigger than the teams they finished above, nor did they make huge changes during the summer. He deserves credit for moulding what was the year before a 2nd tier team into one capable of finishing 2nd in the top flight. That isn't an easy task or one to knock and compare to Chris Wilder or Sean Dyche.
-
Regardless of Leipzig's money, getting a newly promoted team to 2nd in the Bundesliga and into the Champions League, above the likes of Dortmund is a very good achievement. Dortmund had a bigger budget than Hasenhuttl's Leipzig.
-
How is that relevant to what I said? The equivalent would be Wilder taking a newly promoted team to 2nd and 6th in the Premier League... which he did not do. He didn't even get remotely close to that!
-
He took a newly promoted team to 2nd and 6th in the Bundesliga. That is why he has a reputation in Germany. The second paragraph I bolded makes no sense. Of course if you remove a significant achievement of his then his reputation would be different. But why would you remove it?
-
He is only 19 years old, him not playing doesn't mean he has a problem. He wouldn't still be picked on the 1st team bench in recent weeks if there was anything of real concern. He could still be in our under 23 team for the next 4 years! So he can't expect to jump the queue above Ward-Prowse, Romeu and Diallo. Stephens being using instead was strange.
-
On what is that based? As recently as 2019 they sold Erling Haaland for less than we paid for Ings! So why would Daka cost more?
