I don't think it is feasible that Saints would spend £11m on a player to then loan him out straight away. He played 30 out of 38 La Liga games last season for the team with the 7th best defensive record in the league. He doesn't need a loan.

There is a difference between the actions of a Swansea hotel and the actions of the football club. They aren't one and the same.

Regardless of those being in front of him, it wasn't solely down to them that in Forster's first season Saints had the 2nd best defensive record in the league (only champions Chelsea did better conceding one less). You don't only concede 33 goals in a Premier League season with a shit keeper, so Forster was clearly doing something right back then.

He is Ghanaian, a former British colony where English is widely spoken and is the official language of the country. He is fluent in English...
