  1. Not if Saints don't have room to include him in the 25 man squad list for the Premier League!
  2. If we are basing things on smiles whilst on a team bonding training camp... Cedric and Hoedt are also smiling and the captain has his arms around them both. What do you make of that Charlie?
  3. That is less than the £26.5m Bournemouth got for selling a backup centre back to a newly promoted side! Plus Mings is also older than Lemina. In a market where Man Utd pay £50m for a right back with one Premier League season Saints should be looking for a lot more than merely breaking even for a player of Lemina's quality. I know he hasn't been consistent at Saints but in terms of ability he is one of our best players even if not currently 1st choice. He is exactly what Man Utd and Arsenal need in central midfielder and should warrant a huge price.
  4. If Saints signed him they would be ****ing about! He is not a player to improve us, I'd rather have Bednarek & Vestergaard than Cahill. Nor does Cahill at 33 years old meet Hasenhuttl's criteria of young players 24 and under to improve.
  5. What does it have to do with Webster?
  6. That is not true, for example Saints would get a FIFA solidarity payment if Gareth Bale for example was sold this summer even though he is 29 years old. 5% of all transfer fees is divided up to all the clubs who trained the player from the season of their 12th birthday and the season of their 23rd birthday. It is 0.25% for each season from 12 to 15 years old and 0.5% for each season from 16 up to 23 years old. Additionally Plymouth do have a sell on clause for both Gallagher and Stephens.
  7. That looks like a Tweet by Donald Trump if he was a football journalist!
  8. It was announced announced before 10am... https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11661/11756495/premier-league-fixtures-live-on-sky-sports-must-watch-big-six-head-to-heads-in-august-and-september https://www.southamptonfc.com/news/2019-07-05/two-southampton-fixtures-moved-for-tv-coverage-201920
  9. What was wise or funny about calling someone a "first class tosser"?
  10. Inter Milan's season finished 2 weeks later than Southampton's... - Premier League finished on 12th May - Serie A finished on 26th May
  11. Bizarre description of him. What on earth has he done to deserve that?
  12. It was on the club's twitter account before this thread was created.
  13. You forgot Obafemi, plus I'd imagine Djenepro could play as a striker in Hasenhuttl's system if we really needed. Any more strikers is just bloating an already bloated squad!
  14. https://southamptonfc.com/news/2019-07-01/southampton-football-structure-update-july-2019
  15. You get that happening due to most transfers not being a guaranteed lump sum. The Telegraph and BBC report the fee is potentially rising to £17m, that would require appearance figures being reached etc.
  16. No Everything he said that "came true" was already in the press beforehand. Or nothing that couldn't be done through educated guesses based on already available information.
  17. Why do we need height upfront? Do Liverpool and Man City have much height upfront?
  18. That is a little flawed. Ali Dia played in a Premier League game... was he a Premier League quality player?
  19. The fee is not surprising in the domestic transfer market. Bristol City sold a left back who had never played above the Championship for £13m. So £14m rising to £17m is not out of place for Targett.
  20. Wrong He claims to be "semi retired" If he is semi retired then he has clients and still requires an FA license to operate... and he does not have one!
  21. Which stories has he been first on? Every single one that has 'come true' he has rehashed from previously published articles. That is not good evidence of him being ITK. He is clearly a bull****ter as he claims to be an agent yet he is not licensed on the FA website. Explain that...?
  22. Doesn't really work as a statement when they are claiming the fee for Okereke amount is higher than the Adams fee.
  23. Adins left in January 2013 Watson joined in July 2014
  24. If James McCann is a semi retired agent... then be still gas clients. However there is no James McCann on the list of licensed agents on the FA website! He is a bull****ter http://www.thefa.com/football-rules-governance/policies/intermediaries/fa-registered-intermediaries-list
  25. Did anything he say predate stories already in the media? If all he has done is say a player already linked to a club will join then tgat us not good evidence of him being ITK. If he has been the first anywhere to link a player to a club and the player then joins then that starts to build credibility.
