  1. Empress Kojun?
  2. It doesn't need to end in a goal for it to have been a good set piece delivery.
  3. He has a very good assist per minute on the pitch ratio this season. His crossing and set piece delivery is up with the best in the Premier League. He is not going to score a hatful of goals or dribble past a player at pace, thats not his role or skill set and leads him to be unvalued by many even though he is a very talented player. Its also easy to forget he is still only 20, has far more top flight experience than the majority of players at his age and is doing so in a successful team towards the top of the league and also for England under 21's. At Ward-Prowse's age Schneiderlin was in League One and some fans were preferring Wotton over him!
  4. "Chelski" isn't even Russian, its Polish.
  5. He left Saints in 2003. You've also only listed 10 players.
  6. Because Clyne is a better player and the "interest" in Reid from Arsenal didn't really exist (at least not to a level where they were going to offer him a deal)?
  7. Why not? I think he's looked good in his brief appearances so far. He may well end up signing for us in the summer.
  8. If we did sign a striker in January, who do you then leave out of the match day squad to make way for them? Shane Long? Are Saints really in a position where they can leave a £12m player, on big wages, who is fit... not even in the match day 18?
  9. Koeman said it is purely for team building, not training. They'll be back at the weekend and then have a week of training to get ready for Chelsea.
  10. The last season it was the Premiership was 2006/07.
  11. The transfer window (for both transfers and incoming loans) for Premier League sides closed on 2nd February 2015. We can still sign free transfers, like West Ham did with Nene.
  12. ELJERO ELIA ‏@ELJERO11ELIA 18m18 minutes ago Its to cold for me #davos @SouthamptonFC
  13. Can you please explain to me your "logic" of how a Europa League campaign would see us fighting relegation, but a Champions League campaign wouldn't?
  14. He was in training relatively shortly after his operation last summer. Its the type of training he is doing that is a better indicator of how far away from a return he is.
  15. That is a bit of a circular news story, the Spanish article is rehashing articles in English papers and now the English press is rehashing the Spanish rehash.
  16. How many is "loads"?
  17. No, why did you think that?

  19. He's their captain, one of their best players, a goal threat and he is their main defensive shield in front of their defence. Can only be regarded as good news from a Saints perspective and should hopefully increase our chances of winning.
  20. Gareth Rogers said the £40m training ground upgrade cost was largely funded by Katharina Liebherr.
  21. What would it do to Pelle, Long and Mane's confidence if one of them is dropped from the starting XI and one is dropped from the match day squad to make way for Seager?
  22. Saints are now equipped to make opponents fear them enough to defend in numbers.. but aren't good enough to break them down if they do. Although its a good sign that opponents realise the threat we pose that they defend in numbers, its an extremely frustrating watch! If the teams from 8th downwards opened up against us we'd probably win in a head to head battle of football ability, when they play on the counter, time waste and defend in numbers there is a good chance we'll draw or lose.
  23. Seager isn't going to be given starts up front over Pelle, Long or Mane. For Seager to even be on the bench again this season it would require some more injuries and suspensions to 1st team players.
  24. Type "West Brom Southampton stream" into Google.
