Sorry Right, back on topic fellow Nutjobs!

Mark Fry didn't find Liebherr and Cortese, they found him. What Mark Fry did was give exclusivity to a bunch of chancers ahead of the Swiss bid and that nearly led to us losing out on Liebherr/Cortese. Had he given Liebherr exclusivity, Saints could have had the takeover sorted out weeks earlier in the summer of 2009 and Pardew would have had longer to work with the squad in pre-season and bring his targets in. Instead Pardew was appointed a fair way into pre-season and we had a relatively poor start to League One in 2009/10.

A weekend off, where will we be at the end of it?

It appears you still haven't read it. -

Did you miss post #75 Turkish? Or convenient to overlook it? -

So when did that interview happen? Looks to me like the Echo merely lifted quotes from the Solent interview on Saints Player, put words into Adam's mouth he didn't say and twisted it to fit their headline. -

You keep mentioning this, but he said no such thing in this interview... http://www.player.saintsfc.co.uk/latest-news/article/2997529/date/20121201183600/page/0/name/Adam:-It-Was-A-Tough-Afternoon So which interview are you talking about? Have you made it up or dreamt it perhaps? -

If you harp on about Villa winning at Anfield today, we beat Villa very comfortably 4-1, what does that say about Villa? -
Shrewsbury back in front again - 2-1. Pompey effectively 11 points from safety as things stand.

Express FM are very much deluded ****wits backing the trust. Mark Mudie is as "special" as special can be, a truly clueless individual.

Did Villa have stage fright at St Mary's? -

Equally Villa looked terrible when we beat them 4-1 at St Mary's. -
Especially when you take into account the cheap ticket deals they had for today's game. Family of two adults and two children for just £30 in total!

Newcastle and Sunderland lost/losing and Sunderland's main goal threat going off injured 7 days before we play them. We won't have every result go our way every week, what we've got is some important things today - key being Fletcher possibly out next week. -
Club Policy on the Communication of Player Injuries
Matthew Le God replied to HornseySaintsFan's topic in The Saints
So you think it is a good idea to tell Sunderland, Fulham, Stoke, Arsenal, Chelsea etc who to prepare for when we play them in upcoming games? Saints fans don't need to know, it isn't "insulting", it makes perfect sense to keep the opposition guessing who will line up against them. -
Three interviews from today, all three are very delusional to varying levels about a number of issues... The poor standard of administrator is where I do have some sympathy for Pompey, Birch and Andronikou were appalling as officers of the court supposedly meant to be working in the interests of all the creditors. They clearly haven't been up to scratch. This administrator won an award for his work in football, maybe Pompey should give him a ring... Actually wait, he is the one that also cocked up and let the Fialka/Pinacle/Le Tissier take-overs have preference over Liebherr and delayed the Swiss takeover from happening for weeks. In which case, how did he win that award?! Maybe all football administrators are **** by definition!

Can someone give provide a summary of how news of these things is going down on POL... - the £2m floating charge that PKF missed - the nearly £1m spent by the "high net worths" in order to keep a business in administration going for the last 7 weeks - the Stuart Robinson issue - the general level of confidence in the trust's ability other than to look like a bunch of amateurs that mean well, but haven't a clue - anything else of note
-
The losses whilst in admin are apparently close to £1 million! http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/364794/Portsmouth-saved-from-liquidation-as-loyal-fans-inject-another-1m How can an administrator allow that to happen? Shouldn't he be cutting costs?

21st December is meant to be the end of the world. Or were the Mayans just talking about Pompey?
-
Nabil Hassan @NabilHassan79 Portpin say PKF have admitted mistake of overlooking a general 'floating charge'. Any idea on the implications of this?

How to break this news to the woman of Portsmouth... January sales at Gunwharf Quays after an expensive Christmas in a recession vs giving £1000 to a 3x failed football club Its a toughie...!
