The Football League will hopefully make accepting a points deduction a condition of transferring the golden share if it ever gets to that point. CVA 2010 failing amounts to the same thing as not agreeing a CVA in 2010. The latter receives a points penalty why not the former?

Exactly, that is a key question I want Trevor to answer. I don't see why they shouldn't be getting a points deduction as failing 2010 CVA amounts to the same as not agreeing a CVA in the first place.

17 Premier League clubs and 6 Championship clubs have applied for category one status. All 23 will now be audited by an independent Belgian company. I am very confident Saints will get category one status as they have gone over and beyond what is required in the EPPP document I have seen.

In theory if the football creditors rule was removed and football debts weren't paid in full (only possible if every other creditor is aswell) then the Football League would hand out a huge points penalty in order to maintain the "integrity of the competition".

If a club can sell over 30k whilst in tier 2 and tier 3 in a 32k stadium, it could easily sell more in tier 1 against the likes of Man Utd, Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal, Newcastle etc etc in the world's most high profile league. Every season at St Mary's in the Premier League saw averages of over 30k (including the relegation season).

And people think we wouldn't need a bigger stadium than 32k in the Premier League for games against Man Utd, Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal, Newcastle etc

The team are top of the league and the league's top scorers so the current system Adkins likes to use is doing something right. A more attacking central midfielder would chance the balance of the side. Cork and Schneiderlin will be fine for the Premier League. I think we will need to sign another player similar to them as I think Hammond's level is high end Championship.

Because Birmingham are 10 points behind both Reading and Southampton with only 15 points left to play for. They are too far behind the top two. It is a 3 horse race for the top two spots. However as you say, they are close to West Ham, so might get 3rd place but that is the maximum they will do. That does not "by definition" make it a 4 horse race for the top two.
