  1. Have you considered that might be because... Ballard is nearly a year older than Dibling? Dibling into adulthood has significantly overtaken him.
  2. Where have you got that from?
  3. You left a gap in central midfirld, but missed out Shea Charles, who is doing very well this season in the Championship and also captaining his country at a very young age. He might go straight into the starting XI. I'd be very surprised if we still had Dibling and Ramsdale. I think Bazunu will be our keeper for the season. Welington might be more useful than Taylor and Manning. Plus we also have Juan, Matsuki and Traore and others back from their loans.
  4. Two of the strikers he listed have been prolific in the Championship, the third likely would be aswell.

The £100m was spent very poorly. He also could have raised more to spend if he asked for a clearout of existing players who weren't good enough for the Premier League rather than being loyal to them.

Have you considered Russell Martin played a key role in assembling the squad for this season? He wanted to stay loyal to those players that won promotion, even though they weren't good enough. We needed a complete overhaul in the summer of 2024 and didn't get one. Martin can't blame the tools when he help pick which ones he wanted this season. Juric was a tactical disaster, but he was hamstrung by the squad Martin left him!
  7. It isn't Sport Republic's track record you should look at. Johannes Spors is making the pick.
  8. Triplets with Ian Dowie?
  9. Speech recognition system integration in computer games isn't an idea I made up. It exists in other games! So given that... talk through why you think it is a bad idea?
  10. A marketing stunt is not a job or a continuation of a playing career. It is a one-off stunt, paid by a third party. Pete fail
  11. Not by the club, so wasn't employed by the club as a footballer. It was a marketing stunt, not a continuation of a career at a much lower level. Pete fail
  12. They don't pay wages, Havant & Waterlooville do!
  13. If you continue to do the job then you haven't retired even if it is at a lower level. Especially when still being paid! Another Chuckle fail!
  14. All three continued playing after leaving Saints. Their time at Saints didn't end in retirement.
  15. It won't only be player sales, we have a massive financial advantage over 21 of the other clubs in terms of year 1 parachute payments allowing for a bigger wage budget. Plus bigger commercial and matchday income than the majority of the other clubs.
  16. He'll be on a lot more than £20k p/w

The squad was assembled to play MartinBall, that was relatively fine in the Championship but they didn't have the quality needed for it to work in the Premier League. So it isn't a surprise a squad that was assembled to play in a possession system, also wasn't good enough to play a style they were not assembled for!
  18. He is a director of the parent company. Turning up to a game doesn't mean he is doing Spors' job.
  19. He literally played for our first team today! He could be a useful player next season in the Championship on a large wage. There is no incentive for him to do as suggested and give up 50% of the money he signed up to receive!
  20. My silence was cooking dinner for my daughter. Wilcox put together a squad that got us promoted and got some very big fees for the departing players. A big reason why we struggled thix season was because we didn't upgrade a lot of those players last summer. But that is not Wilcox's fault... as he had already left.
  21. What incentive does he have to accept losing 50% of his contracted income? U21s not u23s
  22. It is not justifiable. You can't just terminate a contract by only paying off 50% of it if there is not stating of that in the contract or the player doesn't agree to it. What incentive does he have to accept that? Especially given he is now fit enough to play for us.
  23. Wilcox appointment wasn't a failure. Let's give Spors a chance!
  24. Why?
