Bristol RFC were renamed the Bristol Shoguns for a sponsorship deal, London Broncos (RL) have had around 4 names in 10 years, every time Red Bull buy a team they are renamed. In sport It's not that new, it's just the first time it has happened to a premiership team. If another were to follow I suspect it would be "Cardiff City Dragons" As the OP says, it's a bit American for my liking. Not a fan

Amused me that as soon as Hooper signed for Norwich, a few of the papers were saying he should be called up to the England squad. Never know, with Crocker going to the FA, maybe he'll have a word along the lines of "Roy, you've clearly not seen him, but Southampton have got a lad called Lambert on their books. Been doing the business in the league. I'd call him up if I was you."

I reckon NC has been in contact with Moyes at United and has convinced him to let Rooney rot in the reserves for a month. We will then come in with an offer to loan him for the season and as we aren't title contenders Moyes will let him come to us. The Rooney-Lambert combination will shoot us into a European place/cup win, resulting in Rickie going to Rio with England. He will meet up with Damiao (NC will have flown out to watch Rickie in action and will meet them as we'll) and this will convince Damiao to sign for us in time for the 2014/15 season.

Took the current Mrs OOO to udders away and the Charlton game at SMS in the league 1 promotion season and She enjoyed it, but I've not taken her along since. Might take her to another game this season, but we'll see. If we draw Udders in the cup we'll go as her family are fans of them.

Skates - obvious Vila - not sure why, but have never liked them. Cardiff - good mate of mine is a Swansea fan so think he has influenced this one. Never particularly like them though

But the SC kit looks like Addidas spent more time designing it. (Different colours on the colour). Looks a bit better with white shorts, but if we had that we'd look like a knock off Arsenal. As it is, we have knock off South China shirts! Ours does look slightly better without the sponsor as per the U21's

Born in Salisbury, but moved around a bit due to my old man's job. Lived in SW Wales for a bit, went to uni in Plymouth (only due to Southampton Institute pulling the course late on) and now am mainly in London when on leave. Spend most of the year out of the country due to work, so have to pick and choose my games when I'm on leave. Why Saints? Being in Salisbury as a nipper, they were the "local big team".

Strange how Boruc didn't play. Not played as often as I would expect our first choice keeper to.
