I am increasingly frustrated by RH, but maintain that the 'quality' of the coaching staff is really not EPL standard: nowhere near. Add in the poor quality of the squad and that's not an easy situation for any manager.
Of course the buck stops with him, but can you expect to polish a turd if the cloth you're using is already covered in shit?
Can we just forefit the game? Really I see no point in it.
Just want to get to end of the season, into the transfer window and see what our new overlords can do to create some optimism. Really getting jaded with things.
But if we must play:
Caballero
KWP Stephens Lyanco Salisu Small
Armstrong Romeu JWP
Armstrong Adams
REALLY?!
I'm working off memory: didn't fact-check. Isn't it crazy how the mind works. I'd have bet my house he was straight after Ronald.
But damn: Les made some strange decisions.
I can see that, however: style of play: nothing suggested high-press, energy, progression.
And following Koeman? When we were at the highest ebb we'd had in years?
Did any of us, at the time say: "oh hell yes!"?
