Yep - my thoughts too. He had that run/tussle with Nasri(I think it was); and looked outfought and outmuscled....then took ages to move back into position. Still - he's going to have a full preseason under his belt to prepare for next season.

I'm a big fan, yet can see why others aren't. He does have a tendancy to slow down play at times; and to pussy foot around in the box instead of sticking his foot through it! Can be frustrating, but glad he's part of the squad.

Just back. We looked good for 10 minutes, then switched off (attacking-wise) after scoring. Very, very solid organisation at the back through. Double VD was immense. Enjoyed Claise. Romeu is a superb player. Last 30 minutes was real nail-biting entertainment. Need a beer now.
