  1. Based on his performance today....getting over a million for him was good business. He was shocking!!!
  2. Made me laugh...one criticised Euell said he was a waste of space he was superb.....one said we needed a big man up front....um where was Euell playing today?
  3. Mind you they have some right planks phoning in after the game.....some of the comments were unbelievable!
  4. For me its in the word tactics at long last at home! We play high pressing game with a bit battling up front coupled with Saga's quality and we reap the dividends. Bringing on a bit of height to bolster the defence as well kep it safe. If we can get to the byeline a bit more and get Lloyd and Rudi crossing further up and not give the defenders half an hour to see the cross then we score far more IMO. I thought getting the playes in a huddle after they scored was superb and left no-one in doubt what their role was.
  5. He did in the aftermatch interview with Tom Prenke on Radio Hanmpshire.
  6. I am not so sure there was a lot of "the fans were great today" quotes from Wotte on Radio Hampshire after the match. Fans are fickle some were even raving about JP after the friendlies then were calling for his head later. Its a results business...win and the fans are happy that proved it in the stands today. 100% support for the team.
  7. Did that second half go on for 60 minutes? Well done Wotte after 16 games at home we have someone who finally realises what the CCC is all about. Many of us have been crying out for Euell physical prescence up front and today Saga reaped the benefits. Great tactics in the last 10 mintes as well with Lipstick coming on and winning the aerial duals. On that showing how on earth are Preston 4th especially with that mobile forward line - so easy to play against as we did it well keep them high up the pitch as Parkin is slower than me with my bad leg! Well done Jason Euell you get slagged off and written off too often on here but today you were superb my MOM. One swallow doesn't make a summer but at least an enjoyable Saturday afternoon for a change.
  8. I find it quite amusing that non-season ticket holders who don't go can tell me as a ST holder what I think!! You responded to that.....hit a nerve did it as I never even mentioned you!
  9. Whoever they are don't forget they are not allowed to have acne...that upsets the Loweites....counts me out as I was ravaged by it in my teenage years...long time ago now though. I thought that personal attack on the lad was despicable and classic case of the cyber bully that goes unchecked on here.
  10. exactly one.........so why do you make such a big thing about one view....did everyone make a big thing of your JP support in the friendlies then turncoat bit later in the season when you wanted Billy Davies(so did I)? We all make choices and get it wrong...I did with Judas Cowerd Wilde...big time.
  11. How do you know he hasn't been doing that all season like the rest of us..I come home from most games with a sore throat and seen 1 win in 16. Its amazing that people like you keep pointing the finger at the fans and crowd trying to deflect the attention away from the real problems.
  12. Read what I wrote you stupid man where did I say that I represent ALL FFS As for the Man Utd game....nope didn't go...didn't want to and couldn't afford to waste another £45 on a game I was not bothered about. Survival in CCC is all that matters to me. Touch a nerve did it....
  13. I find it quite amusing that non-season ticket holders who don't go can tell me as a ST holder what I think!! For the record no I wouldnt give a toss if they lowered ticket prices - it won't make bugger all difference to what happens on the pitch either. For those that go and can be arsed look at Notts Forest game.....fans turned up but the players never.
  14. But Pearson stayed in the background and let them get on with it......well you are trying to say Wotte did the same even though since day 1 the OS has said he is part of the Dutch revolution.
  15. Slight difference that he has been here since pre-season and involved in the set up no matter what the apologists try to convince you otherwise - whereas Pearson came in from the cold. I am not one that treats Pearson as god but know he had the club realy well organised and running really well. I know a few coaches and were really impressed the way he handled the tricky situation he took over in given morale, player quality, fitness and the way things inmproved off the pitch. Ok we only won 3 but also only lost 3 as well.
  16. Well going by their performance in the last few years RL and Wilde certainly dont have much clue about running a multi-million pound company either!!
  17. So are you saying that there wasnt a will to succeed before then? Why did we let JP stay in charge so long then? We all hope that Wotte succeeds only the usual plums on here like OB and Guided and the Stanleys on the other side pretend otherwise.
  18. Well RL and his failed Dutch experiment has ruined many of mine this season! Come on Nick stop trying to re-write history Wotte has been part of this joke since the start of the season not just 3 games.
  19. A big slap in the face for the excellent Henderson IMO.
  20. Lowes biggest mistake....believing that spending money on quality players in the same division made them stronger not us! So buying cheap foreign imports like Jacobsen and Nilsson and bloating the squad to over 41 players was a good policy.
  21. If it doesn't involve the installation of a roundabout and multiple traffic lights this council wouldn't do it. How can a council that is more skint than Saints buy the ground? Do you think any council would go for a vote loss policy like this as there are less than 10% of its population are Saints fans?
  22. The thing around the corner? My guess is this comes from a radio conversation this week on Radio Hampshire with Mark Dennis. A caller told Mark that he was sat near a fan at an away game recently and that fan seemed a really decent guy who told him that he was in a consortium to buy the club. Dennis went inot rapture at this stage...the caller continiued to mention the fans plans to take over the club in the next week(last week). The caller kept saying the fan seemd a pretty level headed guy and that the fan seemed genuine..... At the end of the call the fan was named as.......... Fulthorpe !! So IMO this around the corner is bull****
  23. What I dont understand is his policies...I am reading Strachan's book at the moment and he said that the reason Lowe would not sign Malbranque and Saha was that it would give Fulham £11m and that would make them stronger and he didn't believe in making teams stronger in the same division. Ignoring the fact that signing players would of made us stronger....it makes the loaning of John and Rasiak to teams like Watford and Bristol even more mental! Ok financially we are stuffed but this is a total reversal of his policy and to me even more evidence he has totally lost the plot. The wasted money on 6 shockingly poor loanees, having at one time 4 Dutchmen on the payroll Wotte, JP, Gorre and Van Waals. Can anyone name me anything he has done right since he came back? My 2 S/Ts are not being renewed due to the abysmal policies this man has employed here - nothing to do with their personalities or class solely because they have made disasterous choices.
