In the end, the players made a fist of it and saved us......NOT PUEL! I've never been a wrist slitter, but I've just taken a look in the knife drawer for future reference. To me, it looked like the players tried all day long to execute a system that, not only are they new to, but also had little faith in. Forget any great new last minute signings, because anyone we sign will have the same problems with a disjointed team as our current players.

I just get the feeling that some of the team are a little uncomfortable in their new roles. Maybe they need more time in the communal bath playing soap related games. last week, I suggested that Redmond tried to too much on the ball, this week, nobody seemed to even want the ball......So it's probably my fault.....sorry.

5 minutes into my post match calming down period, I am feeling very positive about the efforts of our players. They all gave 100%. I don't think that this game really revealed anything about Puel. I'm looking forward to next Friday. That will tell us a lot more.
