We are talking about penalties here. The important information is who scored, how many times, and how many efforts were just blasted into the sky.

Footy and sport in general is relatively unimportant compared to most things. It is someting we simply choose to indulge ourselves in as a distraction from the more important things, like where the next meal is coming from, or what will I do if my legs both fall off tomorrow. The financial infrastructure of the game is what it is for the time being. Tomorrow it may be something different. However, it is not neccesarily **** simply because an individual does not like the way it tastes.

........And hopefully, a 3 month sentence in a "don't drop the soap" prison for any result similar to the the Iceland debacle.

As fans, all we need to do is demand what we want in termas of success. We don't need to present a fail-proof master plan. That's the beauty of being a fan. Figuring out your own plan without any real idea of the club's day to day finances, resources, personanal issues etc is just an exercise in futility......So I don't do it.

I remember when Les Reed first came here. So many posters said that he had such a terrible reputation from other jobs for disruption and destruction that he would tear this club apart in no time flat. More fool me for actually listening to all that hyperbole in the past. Thankfully, over the last few years, Les and the rest of the club have steadied my nerves about the wisdom of their decisions. Sure, they will get it wrong sometimes, but thanks to them, I can enjoy my summers a lot better now. Good luck to all the newcomers to the club this summer!

I've learned to trust our board a lot better in the last few years. It's almost as if they know football better than I do! I have a feeling that this guy will do well for us and maybe actually stay for a while. I've read the tea leaves, so I'm ITK.
