Just seen the replay of the 'handball' (I only saw it once before on a small, jerky screen). No not a handball, but I can see why Riley gave the pen. If you throw your arm at the ball like that you are just asking for a penalty, whether it strikes the arm or not.

It's a shame. We could have made it much more difficult if we hadn't shot ourselves in the foot. Terrible marking for the corner for the first. Rash tackle from Paterson for the red card. Stupid handball for McGoldrick for the penalty. I guess 3-0 isn't embarassing so overall I'm not to upset. Just hope we can get our a*ses together in the League.

Definitely a penalty. Big lol at all those people blaming Riley. Yes he is a mong and probably wouldn't have given either the card or the pen against Man Utd, but both were deserved none-the-less. DMG raised his arm in the box and blocked the shot. It's as blatent a penalty as you will see this season. The players are young and making schoolboy errors. Shop sticking your heads in the sand about this.

Shows how far we have fallen if statements like that are being made about performances like that. The only things I can remember him doing were hitting a long ball to nobody by the corner flag and dribbling along the halfway line. It's like having Sideways Jim back again.
