Don't know if you can blame Fox alone for our first 20 min. He didn't get a lot of help from our midfield.
-
Played off the park for the first 20 min, but looked much better after that.

It'll be a bunch of cockroaches tapping away about how awesome it is to live in the post-apocalyptic world.

This. Dream about united all you want, but be professional and keep it to your self. As stated above, I highly doubt people would appreciate the same kind of honesty if it came from Schneiderlin or someone else more valuable to the team.
-
I'm really suspecting that people think it's ok, because it's "only" Yoshida. What if it was Ramirez or Boruc who said the same thing? I think it's an unprofessional answer.
-
Doesn't make it any less of a stupid thing to say.

More gold from poor ol' Lawro: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22199585 "I think Nigel Adkins could have done equally as well as the Argentine had he not have been sacked. They have got home wins against Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool and scared the hell out of Manchester United. But I'm just a little bit worried, in terms of looking to the future, why they've struggled to beat the lower teams."
-
Great news! Obviously didn't get along with Adkins, but has been brilliant under Pochettino. Will have his best years as a goalie with us.

Point of the thread was that the agent is praising our professionalism. Remember there was some crook agent who claimed we were impossible to do business with a while ago.
-
I did.

Thought this was a bit interesting: http://www.nettavisen.no/sport/fotball/article3608995.ece The article is mainly about how worried a former norwegian international (Rune Bratseth) is about Forren not getting a game here. Forrens agent (Jim Solbakken) is asked about his opinions on the situation, and this is his answers: Vegard Forres agent Jim Solbakken, urges patience. He claims that everything has gone according to plan so far. - In general terms, I believe we Norwegians have to be a little more patient. Remember that Southampton brought Forren for a reason. The club knows what it is doing and has a plan for Forren, says Solbakken to Nettavisen (the paper). - I think people should be careful not to comment on things they know nothing about. Forren has gone to Southampton to learn in the first place, and everything is as agreed upon, he said. Solbakken is impressed with the professionalism of the team, pointing out that the team has done a very good season after promotion from the Championship. - He came straight from the vacation to a Premier League club, and we can not expect him to go straight into the team. They have done very well after Forren got there. Southampton is extremely professional - one of the more impressive I've seen.

nothing makes me cringe more than the bleacherreport.
-
Is he a winger suddenly?
-
Yep, that too, but maybe not to the same extent as those often would require a work permit.
-
Expect us to be linked with a bunch of players from serie a and la liga the next few months.
-
IIRC he was highly rated as a loan player. Think most was quite happy when he became a permanent signing. These days, on the other hand...
-
Guly was an initial loan signing, wasn't he?
-
Three, small homemade bombs. It's patriots day today. Might be solo terrorism as well.
-
Doubt it's al queada. Most likely it's in house. My guess is on right, or left wing radicals. Most likely the first.
-
I really don't care about how he treats people, as long as we get results and progress as a club. If he was such an asshole to everyone, we would never be able to attract players and managers of the quality that we have. Football is becoming a dog eat dog world, and Cortese won't sit back and act like his pants are made of bacon.
-
Sunderland win for me. Feeling very secure we will stay up, and I want to see Stoke down.
-
Is it possible we'll use Stephens as back up to Clyne next season? IIRC, he can play as right back as well.
-
Really looking forward to this one, as it should be a open free flowing game between two passing sides. Will be very difficult to get a result, though.
-
Being honest, do yo really feel that was the consensus among the posters on here? My impression is that most of our posters thought it would be a difficult match, that could end with any result. West Ham are a difficult team to break down, and they will always fight hard to get points. It was a fair result today.
