FAO anyone who is like me and does no exercise and wants to get back into shape. DONT. Having played 11 a side footy for the first time in a year and only the 3rd time in 10 years on Saturday I still feel like my muscles have been trodden on my golf shoes. Im walking like I have sheet myself and getting up and down is near on impossible!

Fri: Went to Oceana with mates for one of their bdays. Met an ex after 5 or so years, she is very very hot. Talked to her for a bit. Sat: Woke up hanging out my ar$e to play footeh (11 a side) for the 3rd time in 10 years. We won 2-1 in extra time having equallised in injury time. I should have scored atleast 3, but my shooting was gash. Skinned a player with a quality cryuff turn though to deliver a peach of a cross on my left which was good. Watched the Man U Liverpool 2nd half and Chelski Man City game. Had an Indian takeaway in the pm with the Mrs. Sun: Nice long lie in. Woke up feeling someone had removed all my muscles, raped each one and then replaced them in my body. Spent most of the day sat on the couch playing FM. Watched Saints game 7/10

Im trying to sell my audi for £7k and have had no interest. If I put my love for the car to one side, I would easily be able to sell it if it were marketed at the right price. No big money buyer, has come to buy my car at the moment as it doesnt represent good value for money. I hope you see the comparrison. I agree, however, playing the experienced players we have left would be the right thing to do. I know this may be Jan's fault more so than Lowe, but my point as I make to the other poster above, is that Lowe should put his 'I want to make a name for myself in this world of football' ego aside and market his shares and make recommendations to his proxied shares to sell. I too would like to apologise to KD. I had cited him as a weak point in the past after one or two of his mistakes but the honest point is he has been immense for us so far this season and at the end of the day all keepers make mistakes.

Losing 4-1, knowing you have a divided fanbase because of your re-arrival (and although I was not against him coming back, this was only because I believed that he was going to oversee the sale of the club within a short time of arriving) and finally seeing the player you said would not cut it at this level score his second goal of the game against you, its all about looking good and keeping that smarmy smirk on your face! I cant believe you went as far as emailing him. You hated Hoddle that much? The most successful (in terms of winning %) manager we have had in a long time?! Everything was poor. The team sheet should have included Perry in the defence and not included Lancashire, his inexperience cost us and although it was a harsh red, he shouldnt have dived in. Rudi should have been on in place of Gillet who for the second game running has looked poor and McG should have given way for John. Poor Lino work meant that when QPR were on the back foot and us playing well, they were gifted a goal which gave them the game. Im not at all confident about this season. Yet at 4-1 down having seen the player you thought would not cut it in the team score his second goal of the game against you, you still have a cheshire cat grin you smug tw*t Lowe. Give your shares away! This is the only way we will attract an investor who can stop the rot
