Sorry to **** on anyone's bonfire but you don't need the cardholder to be present or have the 3 digit code to process credit/debit card transactions, the retailer won't have the whole card number either, just the first four and last four digits to prevent fraud. Pity really, in the good old days when the whole number and expiry date appeard on the retailer receipt you could back charge extra amounts onto rude customers cards, those were the days.

I heard that some ex-players had been trying to sneak in wearing the suits but had been rumbled when they were found minesweeping the corporate suites at half time, the suits have been interned into the Saints Hall of Shame along with Terry Hurlock's perm.

I'd worry about his influence on the dressing room, i think we have a balanced squad who appear to like each other and Mr.Beattie can be a bit Marmite for some people.

There are two sides to every story Jeff, a little humility on both sides would solve all this crap.

I don't have children myself but if i did i would want them to be equipped to cope with life from an early age, if you teach kids the very basics from the moment they enter the primary school system and then add to it year on year i think you'll be more likely to reduce the number of teenage pregnancies. A little knowledge goes along way with children.

Nice to know that Pimpey are not rubbing their creditors faces in it by signing any players on big contracts, oh.

Have you tried joining an MX-5 forum? They'll be able to point in the direction of an independent mechanic who specialises in MX-5's and will do a better job than a Mazda main dealer.

Two sides to every story and whilst i appreciate your wife is upset and angry surely the union rep. should be the first port of call and not a forum that has its share of right wingers waiting to throw the race card into every discussion. Seriously though, get her to speak to the union rep first.

Good luck Dan with the recovery, and i'd like to Echo a previous poster's sentiments, how about a few Saints fans turning up outside Junk and having a peaceful protest to encourage people not to go in, as soon as these businesses realise they are responsible for the door staff's behaviour it might improve. You would have thought they would have learnt their lesson after what happened to Sir Griff.
