Beating Wolves 6-0 was a huge surprise. From memory we didn't have our full strength side out, the likes of Baird, Rasiak, Davis, Bale were unavailable. The game itself was never a 6-0 game, Bartosz played fantastic that game. Point blank save from a Wolves player, penalty save and a double save in the 2nd half. Still reckon Wolves would have won that game had they scored that penalty right on half time. Was a shock when we beat Reading in 08 as well, they were unbeaten at home and top of the league and we were just awful.

So, if the game still isn't sold out by the time we go to kick off vs Doncaster what will the club do? Drop the whole +1 game thing or just stop selling Pompey tickets and have empty seats around the ground?

Yep, quick look at it seems Sky have gone for Sunderland vs Tottenham over our game. I'd imagine streams online will be available somewhere for the fixture as I'd be very surprised if we were not the featured game on The Football League show.

Huseklepp and Lawrence both rated better than every Saints player bar Lallana, Sharp and that Tottenham loanee.

If our season is settled (hopefully with a promotion sealed and not preparing for play off disappointment) and they're still in relegation trouble then I would happily see us drop points vs Coventry to send them down. They still chant about 2005, even though they never sent us down. Personally think Skates will stay up with ease though.

Makes you wonder how many they would have sold if they sold them a similar way to us for the game at Fratton. Had ours been like theirs (walk to the ticket office and just buy a ticket, none of this apply ********) then I'm confident they wouldn't have even lasted a week.

From memory one of the fixtures at St. Mary's (I think it was the League fixture) in the relegation season wasn't on Sky Sports/Prem Plus. Think they may have shown the F.A Cup game on BBC though.

I suspect they will only allow people to buy tickets if they have been on the database for at least a year, if they didn't then any Pompey fan could get themselves put on the DB and get tickets in the home ends.

Sky were never going to show the Saints and Pompey game as Arsenal vs Man City and SPL final day fall on the same day. Can't see the BBC showing it either. May be some streams abroad though as I would expect it to be the main game on The Football League show.
