I'm never sure what to think of Guly, at times he can be unplayable but other times he can struggle to get into the game at all. I do think the stick he gets from fans in the Northam and Kingsland North is uncalled for. Guly always has his better games at St. Mary's when the crowd are behind him, sadly one misplaced pass or poor judgement and the crowd get on his back. Players like Lallana (Who has been average for a while now) don't usually get stick like Guly gets when he makes a poor piece of play. It's almost like some of our fans want Guly to fail.

Itchen North usually quite vocal when it's been opened up this season (West Ham, Brighton) but today it seemed like it was full of people who just wanted to sit there and do nothing.

Just an opinion, I don't think Sharp will leave Doncaster until the end of the season whereas Maynard will probably end up at someone like QPR.

People expecting us to sign either Maynard or Sharp will end up very disappointed.

He's about as useful as that football rumours site when it comes to Saints transfer news. He didn't get anything correct about us in the Summer, just announced the deals we made 5 minutes after they were officially confirmed.

Jason Puncheon would be a good addition to this side if he came back with the correct attitude, his first 10 or so matches for us were mostly fantastic performances where he looked very exciting on the ball and always looked to take his man on.

Bottled it today, he was having a poor game before their goal and had he gone all out to win that ball everyone would have forgot about his poor game but no, he hardly done anything to stop Ward from winning the header. Saying that, Ward shouldn't have had a free header and from memory Harding had enough time to turn and hit it into touch for a throw-in instead of a corner.

Agree with this. Sadly we will line-up with all three of those against Skates next week. I wouldn't mind Lallana coming over to right midfield, Fox being pushed up to LM, Harding at LB and two of Morgan, Hammond and Cork sitting in the middle. Won't happen though.

Last I saw they had 200 unsold tickets. I'd imagine at least half of these will be sold. 100 or so empty seats spread out over 16,000 seats won't even be noticed on tele. 400 empty seats in a stand that holds around 3,000 will.

Football fans are fickle, if JP came back and re-captured the form he showed at Millwall last season then all would be forgotten.

Hopefully he's back for Blackpool and Pompey... otherwise it will be two poor performance's.

Confuses me as to why people think we will smash Pompey away. If our players are finding it tough to play away at the likes of Doncaster then I hate to think how they will cope at Fratton. Awful Saints, ****ing awful.
