  1. So they could decide themselves and no have to re-poll all the creditors they represent as to which way to vote? HMRC may be the biggest creditor but that did not stop the initial CVA being passed and I would expect many of the other creditors to accept just to get it over with!
  2. I would guess that all creditors bar HMRC have given up on seeing anything from CVA1 and have probably already offset the loss against tax or similar. Question though is who does control the way that BT will vote on any new CVA?
  3. Ah. But as evidence to the leveson enquiry has shown just because its in print does not stop it from being made up.
  4. So do we know when chainrai is going the reveal the generous sum of money for the CVA that he is going to give half to himself?
  5. One assumes they have already had most of the money for this?
  6. Interesting. Are you going to accuse anyone in particular?
  7. The return of AA wearing more hats than at ladies day at ascot?
  8. Appy hoping that chainrai will take the club forward. One assumes in the same way that thelma and louise went forward at the end of the film.
  9. Thing to remember about the parachute payments is that he can take money out for the club that is not from the parachute payments (e.g. TV, possibly ticket, money) with the assumption that the parachute payments will go towards where that money would have gone.
  10. and if he gets it it will be the first hattrick where each wicket was taken an a different day (assuming england don't collapse today).
  11. I hope they have paid to use the premier league footage?
  12. Go here: http://www.espncricinfo.com/england-v-west-indies-2012/engine/current/match/534205.html Select the hawkeye tab. select umpires view, Bowler Anderson, Over 8.
  13. 32 for 2. Anderson again. Plumb LBW
  14. Someone appears to have slipped Jimmy Anderson a trick ball as it's been going round corners! Great first wicket with a perfect inswinger. WI 21 for 1.
  15. As you point out getting rid of the high earners is proving difficult and as long as even two or three stay it would appear to be impossible to operate on a shoestring.
  16. Interesting. By coming in at this point with an offer to the administrator, probably I guess with a date by which he would like it agreed, he could well be removing the chance of having to bid more later to outbid the trust who are not yet in a position to make a bid. What will Birch so when given the option of some money now against possibly more money later?
  17. They have only announced that they will be selling season tickets, don't think any are actually on sale yet.
  18. Think it's fairly clear from the webchat yesterday that the trust at least appear to think they can get past the league meeting without the whole situation being completely resolved. Still a question of how advanced and how concrete proposals have to be by the time of that meeting for them to continue?
  19. The easily burnt tinder has gone up but the rotten logs are not even smoking.
  20. As there are all these other people involved I wonder what is the chance of one of them deciding to turn queen's evidence?
  21. Can't find anything news on that court case between Neuman's and AA. Maybe they reached an out of court settlement?
  22. Few players leaving, no news on new owners, no press releases from the trust bigging up their chances of taking over, no info coming out of camp chainrai, no comments from the admin. I would say that in the reverse of the normal saying "No news is bad news"
  23. I would have though deciding to prosecute a close personal friend of the prime minister is the opposite of weak. As to unjust I think we will have to leave that to the jury. Would it not be a laugh if by the time it gets to court Justice Leveson was back on judge duty and got the case "So Mrs Brooks, we meet again.."
  24. Surely West Brom would be best to wait a wekk or two to see if they can pick up appy on a free, just like with the players?
