1. How quickly did they start showing the film after the time you were supposed to be seated?
2. Asked this on the arts forum but not much foot traffic over there and need to know asap. Just won tickets to the premiere of Avengers Assemble this evening and trying to figure out the likely time for a train back so can arrange a lift as will be with one very tired boy. Anyway has anyone been to one of these things and could tell me how much padding there is around the picture? It says seated by 7 does that mean the film will start soon after? Thanks.
3. Anyone been to one? Just won tickets for the Avengers Assemble one this evening. info says need to be seated by 7 and the film is 142 minutes long but trying to figure out the how's and when's to get back with my son and have no idea how much 'padding' there will be.
4. highlights on the BBC site now: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17763461
5. It's the premier league, who are probably keen no one does a pompey again, that appear to have grown some, rather than the football league. Appears to me that if the ownership is all above board then they should have no worries about showing the league the relevant company papers to prove it. If they are not forthcoming and its down to the league to investigate then given the opaque nature of these companies I can't see how they can approve it?
6. It will get to the point where the winning team should be about to lift the cup when the announcer will say "Unfortunately the trophy could not be here today to be picked up, it did however send this comical video message"
7. Also worth having a play with changing the frequency of the router. There are 11 or so but they overlap. Often routers are set to either end so picking one one the middle could reduce interference from other routers nearby. Best thing, if you have a smart phone, is to download a wifi analyzer app and check out exactly what other routers are nearby and what frequencies they are using.

(Live, 4 Star) SPORT: Football League On: Sky Sports 2 (512) Date: Saturday 28th April 2012 (starting in 9 days) Time: 12:00 to 15:00 (3 hours long) Championship Match TBA. 9. No news then as the last of the sand falls in the pompey hour glass.

Comment From Orange Hi Steve, obvious first question.....any news on owners

13:03

Steve: My esteemed colleague Neil Allen was on the phone to Trevor Birch a little while ago. As things stand, it looks like there has been no change on the ownership question. My guess is that those who may have shown an interest may wait to see what division we are in next season. If I was looking to buy the club, that's what I would do.

10. Its WEBCHAT time people http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-past/pompey-web-chat-with-steve-wilson-1-3745780
11. But when we do (hopefully, etc) go up it will allow us to have a good laugh at West Ham for effectively paying for them to continue but not getting automatic promotion for it.
12. Interesting (or not as the case may be) that there are several realistic scenarios that would leave nothing* to be decided on the final day. If Reading do better than us this coming weekend they would be guaranteed to be champions, if west ham do the same, or worse than us we would be promoted. The gap below the teams in the playoff spots could easily be 4 or more and both pompey and coventry could well join relegated donny. (* I guess the only thing almost certain to be still up for grabs is the order of the teams in the playoff spots, even then it could just be who is 5th and who is 6th)
13. More likely they will burn up whilst attempting to reenter league 1.
14. Sorry for belated update!
15. Birmingham have one back. (okay a while back but only just noticed!).
16. Donny 1 - 0 up after 3 minute!
17. I thought that was only for under a certain age when certain bones had not fully fused or such like. I know it had been suggested as a test of age for U21 etc matches but I doubt it would be able to definitively distinguish which of the many ages for Kanu is the correct one. I guess though its one thing to have someone knock up a fake certificate but another to completely falsify your whole history. I would expect if someone went to Nigeria and try to cross reference all the official documents relating to him, including things like school records etc, they might be able to find the right answer but who would bother? Can you see Birch justifying the cost of getting a private investigator to chase these things in case the rumour is true?
18. I don't think there is any proof. It is I think quite likely but without any proof I don't think they could do much.
19. The PKF document includes the debt of 16 million due on the original CVA so can't see how any of the original debt should be included separately?
20. I suspect it may be that each club has to confirm it believes it is able to make its fixtures for the following season. So it may not even need the FL to vote against them as Birch would have to admin that he could not make such an undertaking so they would then, one assumes, lose their golden share?
21. This is cut and pasted from the PKF document: HM Revenue & Customs (PAYE / NIC) ICHU, Benton Park View, Longbenton, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE98 1ZZ 9,861,653.22 HM Revenue & Customs (VAT) Insolvency Operations, Queens Dock, Liverpool, L74 4AF 506,435.92 So that's over 10 million listed in his document that is owed. How does that become only 2 million?!? -- unless he was referring to the HMRC share due on the original CVA implying that section should not vote against a new one??
22. Sure HIS document says 9.5?
23. I see their trust claim to have promises of nearly 1 million now. http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-past/supporters-trust-s-community-share-scheme-edges-towards-million-mark-1-3729797 Though you would have thought it would make a more impressive statement if they could say they had over £1 million. Plus of course they are still nowhere near the total they need and one would assume that a second million would take longer than the first, etc? Also some what confusing as it claims they have pledges of nearly £1 million whereas one assumes actually they probably have £100,000 in their escrow account but they are not guarenteed to be able to convert each £100 pound into the full £1000.
24. We are living it up at the hotel pompey takeover, you can post any time you like but you can never leave.
25. I don't think it lists specific amounts for any of them and I also I suspect it must be for wages pre admin as you suggest.
