  1. It is listed as a debt to BT so I am fairly certain it is a block vote. It is also highly unlikely that BT will have the time or the inclination to contact all the other creditors to get them to help decide which way BT should vote.
  2. Wondering why no news today and then realised that tomorrow with the Euro's starting is obviously a much better day to try and bury bad news.
  3. Being "sent out" today. For all we know could be going to everyone by second class post.
  4. Well I guess it probably involves the longest ever build up to a climax.
  5. Knowing pompey I assume that rather than creditors directly receiving the CVA document today they will instead get a card from the royal mail saying that they have a letter without a stamp on it and could they come and pay the postage plus surcharge to get it.
  6. Baker Tilley are definitely listed in the PKF document as begin owed the 16.5M. I doubt very much that UHY have any influence over how that share of the vote is to be used. Plus it does not appear to be a renegotiation as that would imply the debt would have to be unshrunk from its CVA levels before the renegotiation. It is more the money owed from CVA 1 being part of the debt for CVA 2.
  7. Shall we have a competition on guessing what the CVA proposal tomorrow will be? I shall go for 2p in the pounds now, and an extra 10p in the pound staggered over 3 years.
  8. Assuming nothing more interesting on the other side of the track.
  9. My understanding/belief is that he has enough of the debt to veto a CVA (e.g. from the trust) but not enough to pass a CVA.
  10. once the CVA proposal is sent out does that imply any degree of legal commitment on chinny part? i.e. could it be sent out, discussed and agreed but still allow him to walk away or is he bound to pay if it is agreed? I assume the former?
  11. Sounds like from the BBC link above that it was a condition of the Malaysians investing? Also, possibly interestingly, there was a study done with kickboxing where they showed the same fight to some judges but in half the cases transposed the red and blue colours of their protective clothing. In both cases they tended to score the person in 'red' higher. So there may also be a bit of a competitive advantage playing in red.
  12. Possibly a bit of good news for them assuming they negotiated a sell on fee http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896/premier-league/2012/06/06/3152424/kranjcar-confirms-tottenham-exit-ahead-of-proposed-dynamo
  13. http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-past/clubs-ready-to-pounce-as-futacs-considers-future-1-3918936 Interesting. If its a clause in his original contract does that means that he would get another 12 months at his old salary unless he signs the new reduced one?
  14. Though the story does I suppose have a core sense to it in that if gady could buy the remaining property he would be in a position to sell the whole area as one transaction to developers? Though it would probably make more sense to buy it from the liquidators.
  15. Definitely appears to be a windup as the link to the telegraph at the end of the story does not work and if you go to the telegraph website and look under pompey no story about it there. Plus nothing on L'Equipe website about pompey in the last week at least.
  16. It's almost like one of those news blackouts when they can't announce anything till the family have been informed.
  17. Just resting.
  18. The 14 day bit does appear to be an irrelevance. It appears pompey are happy to lets players go for free now so no need for any player to start the wheels turning on becoming a free agent.
  19. Latest, must file a story, any story, at the news is that due to the wages problems all remaining first team players are legally allowed to leave on a free after giving 14 days notice. and none have. Next birch will probably be forced to burst into song... Go on now go Walk out the door Just turn around now 'Cause you're not welcome anymore
  20. Comments back up on the News site. For those thinking its was a conspiracy it appears comments were down on all the sites owned by the same group and probably has more to do with the new cookie law than anything pompey related. One interesting comment is that their 'Chimes Club' price has gone down from £2,600 a season by a massive £100 to £2,500.
  21. So I assume by now the league meeting is over and they are all off having nice expensive meals on expenses (well except Birch who is at home with his pot noodle) and no news of anything besides increasing the number of subs? Is there actually any confirmation, anywhere, that part of this meeting did involve a commitment from clubs that they can forfill their fixtures? One might be tempted to think that the whole thing had been built up as a critical point in an attempt to get people to act? How many people have lost money getting loans in a bid to rush through their contribution to their trust in time for this meeting?
  22. See pompey begin congratulated on twitter for lowering their season tickets by up to 70%. No mention that the reduced income from season tickets this would produce makes their current position even less viable.
  23. Well if the bestest fan's rushed to buy them it might help them sell the club as would indicate to the buyer how much of the running costs would be covered by the season tickets. unfortunately for them the opposite is also true.
  24. So at the moment Chainrai appears to be in a "Damned if you do, Damned if you don't" position? He may say he intends to get all his money back but its hard to see at the moment how that is going to happen.
  25. Of course Kanu will not budge. He is almost at retirement age and needs his pension.
