Television.

ah ha, yes! It get's too confusing with all the moves for other competitions and TV. At least the move from Saturday to Sunday 4pm allows me to get off my plane and to the game. I had planned it that way without the wife knowing. Anyway, worth a heads up in case others have plans.

http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11668/8557009/Football-Association-trying-to-look-for-date-for-FA-Cup-replay So IF Chelsea beat Steaua, whose games do you think the FA will change? Ours and Sunderlands vs ManU or the Manchester derby the week after? We've already had the game postponed due to one Mickey Mouse competition!

Is Venison a silly price? As we have so many on our place, I get it for a price of a bullet. We sell it to the game dealer at £1/lb for sika, muntjac and fallow. £1.20 for roe and red (I think!) As we have very few Chinese water deer, not sure what price that gets. We are over run with deer, especially fallow. The Forest is so busy with people and dogs, they move off on to our patch to get a bit of peace and quiet. We have some fields that we don't sow any more as the deer eat more than half of it. I am being literal here - it's not a bit of nibbling, the field is completely bare. The big problem in a few years will be the muntjac as they reproduce all year round - ugly bastards who cause a lot of damage, but they are good to eat. A human cull would also be good, although I am not going to volunteer.

The problem that I saw on Saturday was that they parked their bus relatively deep and we didn't have the speed to get in the limited space behind them. Their two lines of 4 or 4+5 couldn't be broken down. When JRod came on, I though that it offered us more, as did Luke Shaw's coming on. So I can see what the OP is going on about.

Glad that he seems to be on the straight and narrow. It was so close to all going wrong, and it's nice to see that people take on board "pride before a fall" and sort out their differences. I've been really impressed with him this season and it's a "shame" that the midfield is a little crowded now and he might not start.

So their biggest asset (or maybe only asset) has a realistic commercial value of £101,000 (or if Chin gives them access, maybe £800k). If I was the council, I would find it very hard to loan them any more than £800k if the ground is to be used as security. If you were to be hard nosed about it, and do your job objectively, then the councillors should only be offering a loan of £100k while FP is offered as security and not £1.5m It will be interesting to see what happens.....if PST takes over with the aid of a £1.5m council loan, what happens when they can't repay it? Does the council close down the football club or just write off the debt? The latter might be illegal, but these are the problems they will have to face when playing this game.

Dilapidations to the house....! To a certain extent, Benali needs to realise that this happens and you have to redecorate when changing tenants. That is part of the deal really (within bounds). What is certain though is how naive he was to rent it out to someone he didn't know with out any paperwork, while relying on his relationship with the club to make everything smooth and easy. He should have rented it through an estate agent, paid their fees, and let them sort things out, not least because everything would have been written down in a contract. That way, when his expectations and Cortese's differ, they don't end up in this ridiculous situation.

I got a 535d Touring and it isn't bad in the snow with the right tyres on, but dreadful with summer tyres.

Match fixing in England...(Champions League)
angelman replied to Saint Garrett's topic in General Sports
There are 6 clubs it could have been if in the past 3 or 4 years....Chelsea, ManU, ManC, Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs. If found guilty, would they face relegation as has what has happened in Italy? -
QPR are mad. Is it really worth risking so much? Taking Remy and Samba's wages into account, it's £180k a week give or take. Over a year that's £9.360 million. Divide that by the 19 home games, and that's £492631. Divide that by the capacity of 18,360 and that works out at £26.83. So basically if these two players weren't employed, then tickets could (I know that they wouldn't and this is all very simplistic) be lowered by £26! And this won't be the end of his signings. Apparently Odemwingie will be turning up, and no doubt he will be on £50k+ (or another £7.45+ a ticket).

If any money was going to be spent, I would far rather that it be put towards another or bigger bridge across the tracks. As for the station (which I don't use to get to the game), Soton Central isn't too far away and I am not sure saving a 20 minute walk could justify opening a new platform.

If we were looking to buy, SRL, Jason and Morgan now?

Punch is out of contract in the summer, so £2m is way too much let alone £6m. -
Interesting odds (from Sky Bet) Manchester Utd 1/5 Draw 11/2 Southampton 8/1 I'm not a betting man, but 11/2 & 8/1 in a two horse race....!

Don't have one. I know that it is all personal, but I have no real interest in any other team, save possibly (just) the England team. Used to go to FC Girondins de Bordeaux a fair bit when living there 20 or so years ago, but have no interest in them now. Having said that I had no interest in other clubs, I do look out for a few others, but which clubs they are changes quite a lot. At present I like to see how Coventry do, given the circumstances they find themselves in and how they did in the last game last season. I like to see how the Cherries do and of course Pompey, but don't really care whether they win or not.
