Now for Saturday ☹️
-
Can't see without logging in
-
All games must be played. It won't be cancelled.
-
Lots of thick black smoke. If it's piles of car tyres then yes.
-
I’m out of the country for a couple of weeks after Saturday so I only hope that I can go to the rearranged fixture. There goes our three week break I suppose. Let’s hope that nobody has been hurt in this fire.

The Daily Echo reports that the walls of the building are starting to collapse. In my opinion I cannot see the fire being brought under control within the next couple of hours. At the moment it must be unsafe for the fire service to enter the building. At the very least the whole Chapel car park will be closed for some time. Even Saturday’s game could be doubtful.

Someone needs to take a decision soon.

Thanks, that’s interesting. From what I had read about hybrids their consumption figures when not on battery power are not all that impressive.
-
Was that on one battery charge?
-
That does nothing to explain how easily he gets beaten by opposition players who just skip past him whilst he pirouettes away from them. Birmingham’s third goal is a prime example. He turns his back on his opponent.
-
Directed by Sir Ridley Scott. Supposedly the accent was West Country and if you listen to it again you can hear the difference. Surprising the suggestiveness of the imagery. https://steepholm.livejournal.com/542986.html?

There are some signings that just don’t make sense from the footballing view. Sometimes the only explanation is that the money involved sloshes around the international transfer market.
-
I’m not so much bothered by what he does as by what he doesn’t do.
-
You’re right: it isn’t and he didn’t. Not in the centre circle it isn’t, not when there is a centre half standing next to him. He was virtually holding hands with Bednarek.
-
“There’s no such thing as a bad goal”
-
Neither of those are his job. He is supposed to be a full back. He should protect his flank and cover the only opponent who might be a threat. Bednarek is there to go for the ball and if he messes up Manning is there to cover. It was Keystone Cops defending.

Joe Aribo - Official: Loaned to Leicester
Whitey Grandad replied to Matthew Le God's topic in The Saints
You are only thinking of your own experiences here in the UK. It’s not just assists, it’s all the other random figures. The betting was in the Far East and that goes back a long way. -

Other players were also making runs. Smallbone had a good game. But he wasn’t alone. -
Manning had a man to mark and completely lost him. He should have stayed with his man and left any interceptions to Bednarek.
-
Games usually go to the team that wants it the most (more).

You can try but it’s like trying to catch a fart in your hands. It’s when people try to use imaginary figures to make decisions that things start to go wrong. -

“Analyse” does not mean just compiling a list of figures. It means interpreting them. And don’t use words like “moronic” about me. I don’t abuse you personally so why do you have to resort to such insults?
