  1. Interesting... If SFC has not paid, suggested or encouraged you to do so then my view is that they should be in the clear. If you recorded this before the 72 hour embargo then could they watch it after the embargo started?
  2. I've not seen that anywhere.
  3. Different legal maximum apply in different legal environments. Basically I believe ours is: "Ubi lex voluit dixit, ubi noluit tacuit" In other words, "Unless the law says you can't, you can" Otheres have "Unless the law says you can, you can't "
  4. If that were me hiding behind that tree I'd stick out in five places.
  5. Within the 72 hours?
  6. Not within the 72 hours embargo so therefore perfectly acceptable and not 'cheating' or 'spying'.
  7. I've only seen the last two but I've seen photos of the shirt pull on Stewart. How that wasn't given we shall never know. Aylingn on Scienza was just a touch on the chest and a theatrical dive. Leo would have been better advised to stay on his feet. Latin I agree with you.
  8. How do you know that?
  9. And where would you be now? In some witness protection program probably.
  10. Usually the clubs involved jointly agree that the losers get all the revenue.
  11. Reports say that the ref didn't hear anything. He was some way away.
  12. Only two people know what was said. Without an independent account they are uncorroborated accusations.
  13. Before any of those questions, what is the identity of the person that was discovered?
  14. Is it the same referee?
  15. See you in court.
  16. Grow up and stop calling me names. Learn to read words and what they mean before you write such rubbish. There is no way that Southampton FC will plead their case in public.
  17. We didn't need to. Are you really that naive?
  18. Not in public.
  19. Don't be so stupid.
  20. You don't know that.
  21. Likely or not is irrelevant. "Everyone" can think what they like. It's only the EFL that matter. They will certainly have had 'discussions' with the EFL but Solent and the Echo can go whistle. There is nothing to be gained from leaking anything to anybody. "this kid" This person has not been identified, certainly not by Middlesbrough. A name has been suggested, nothing more.
  22. You cannot dispute a charge. Being charged does not make anybody guilty. Any negotiations or debates are never going to be held in the full glare of publicity.
  23. That's the point. He has not been identified publicly and may not even be reachable the moment.
  24. Nope. They've said very little. Which could mean anything from they've got something to hide to they know nothing about it and need time to investigate further.
