  1. No it doesn’t reflect how the sport works, to think that is naive. It’s a great game and good fun, but no more, no less. i got to the Premier League with Eastleigh - that’s not real life.

Don’s suppose anyone has found the friendly on any channels? I assume as it is not a standard channel it needs the owners to physically do something to stream it..,

Hi, does anyone use this for IPTV. My service is running fine but I can’t seem to contact them on Telegram (as per previous comms). Anyone know if there is an issue?
  10. In my youth I was in Icon and Diva on a Thursday night and wasted, kicked open a cubicle in the toilet and James Beattie was having a shit. Not sure why he didn’t lock it or if (as probably was the case) the lock was busted didn’t do the decent thing and lean his hands against the door. Then again that approach is always dodgy when it comes to wiping.
  11. Bertrand was on loan initially wasn’t he?
  12. No laughs, must be gutted
  13. Looking for some help - I have my Dad linked on my online account but when going to renew his ticket is show him as a standard adult when he is over 65, when I look to edit him under friends and family it says I can’t as he’s an active user. Any ideas or do I need to call the ticket office?
  14. I find them useful to just get a view of all the rumours and sources quickly. I don’t think they front as anything different. As much as I love tuning in to see what some of the dickheads on here have been up to, SaintsExtra is ideal when time doesn’t allow.
  15. He is very likeable and it’s refreshing to have someone in charge who just seems fairly normal. No crying on the touch line, or getting snarky with reporters whilst running your hand through you hair, or reminiscing about the Welsh girl you could have married whilst training to be the fittest man who has EVER lived.

    Perspective

After feeling totally depressed after the Total Saints Podcast tonight, I found this you tube of all saints goals from the championship season: Take aways; -At time our football going forward was awesome. - Yes it obviously omits some of our defensive frailties that season that we always remember - forgot the impact Sulemana (less) and Ediozie had - we are going to have a lot of those players next year - that feels a positive - as an attacking midfielder in 3, Smallbone is good. - Brooks loan was really important - We miss a player like Adams. Focal point striker - in the summer needs to be our major target. -Adam Armstrongs finishing. That goal against West Brom in the semi he had literally half a second to drill it in the corner. Is it so much different in the PL? Maybe it’s a mind set thing? Anyway, hope you enjoy. I had a blast watching that and made me feel lot better about next season.
  17. Ipswich given the same against Man City too
  18. It’s a bit small though? Maybe everyone should stick them on their eyes?

See MOTD2 waxing lyrical about him today. Goes in the enjoy him whilst we have him column I think.
  20. Good Authority?
  21. Southampton boss Russell Martin speaking to BBC 5 Live: "They [Stoke] defended with big numbers and caught us in a moment on a counter-attack and nearly did again later on in the game. So the boys came through the moment in adversity and we won the game with some quality from [James] Bree." OnSouthampton's performance: "So many players on the pitch haven't been on their recently, so we have to take into consideration that a lot of players are playing with each other for the first time in a long time. "I'm really pleased with the character within the group, I learnt a lot about some individuals tonight and we got through it. At the start of the night, it was all about winning the game. it's not easy the cup. You have to respect it."
  22. Injured, thigh strain it looked like
  23. Obviously a massive game and need to win or at least not lose. I’m a bit stumped by full back position at the moment. Sugawara has been great and we all know what KWP can do. However I do think having a right footed left back unbalances us (as it does most teams - see England in the Summer) and I’ve been quietly impressed by Taylor at LB- would be a brave choice from the manager though.
  24. On Dibling, obviously a massive talent. The run before the shot over was great but once he got in the position he had to pass it, Stewart was unmarked in the middle of the goal. I guess you’ll get that everyone now and then with an 18 year old and sure he’ll learn from those situations.
