  1. See now I’m a bit annoyed. Not that we’re not spending, I totally get that we wasted shit loads last season and don’t expect the owner to not want that money back. I’m annoyed that the club have been disingenuous. All the noises coming from the club is that we will reinvest to strengthen the squad (not all the money obviously). However, if we need to wheel and deal and use loans/frees then be open and say that or probably better say nothing at all. Don’t string fans along. It’s why so far I’ve been fairly relaxed as have been impressed by what Wilcox and Martin have been saying. Thats obviously on the basis that Tanswells info is genuine and not merely supposition.
  2. Might be winding you up as you know where he works?
  3. Really?! I didn’t know that. I’lll correct myself - different decision makers.
  4. I did and it felt good. Better than your depressive pity wanks every time a journalist tweets something.
  5. We have different people in charge this season (i.e. Wilcox). Can’t really blame him for those decisions.
  6. Your fucking tiresome that’s what you are.
  7. Quite obvious he meant injury wise. Cheer up you miserable git.
  8. What was wrong with it? Didn’t listen just saw comments from Alfie House and didn’t seem that bad.
  9. I’m not sure he is ITK to be honest. Just has an incredible amount of faith in SR
  10. I agree with most of what you say but Martin and Wilcox seems decent authentic people and hasn’t Martin said we have replacements already lined up? If they go back on their word I’ll be the first to slag off the club. For everything I’ve seen from the pair so far, I’m inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt at the moment.
  11. Literally the same people slagging Che off last year for being one of the reasons we were relegated are now having major breakdowns that we are selling him. You couldn’t write it. Also, the setup in terms of recruitment with Wilcox and Mowbray is totally different to the Jan transfer window, so I don’t know why people are comparing two totally different situations in every way possible as a yardstick to measure our track record. Some of you need to calm down a fair bit your emotions are like teenage girls (apologies if you are in fact all teenage girls).
  12. I like that he called out that the first half was rubbish. Our recent managers have always come up with bullshit in the same situations. Think I might be getting a little man crush.
  13. Nice retort, thanks. Yes, as a song I am shit
  14. Can we watch back I assume? not the best time with young kids…
  15. Don’t get why this comes up every now and then: 1/ it’s a song about a ferry that is now a bridge. Why no song about Ocean Village or the old Odeon in town? 2/ It’s fucking shit
  16. Well we knew that anyway
  17. If he’s doing to leave we need to have a plan without him -be that some kind of replacement or someone else in the squad. Although I agree with your statement it’s short term thinking and I wouldn’t count us lucky to have this uncertainty. I think JWP would get 15 goals and nearly as many assists for us in the Champ so obviously the best outcome would be West Ham keep on doing wet farts.
  18. Martin said we are probably going to lose players we thought would stay and keep players we expect to leave in the post match interview or words to that affect, Imagine the transfer window closed before the start of the season would make things so much straightforward. Tricky situation between playing your best players and trying to build a coherent team with players that will be here post 1st Sept.
  19. Lyanco is definitely an off the cuff player (translation: idiot), so can imagine he was guilty of not following the gameplay/system. McCarthy agreed, but you keep getting contracts you might believe something
  20. Going from his interview I think he feels he can get something out of Mara (not too sure myself). Likewise Stu and Aribo seemed planned gametime and he sees a place for them. Also Adams he mentioned as good experience so assume he see’s him in his plans (if he stays) Then you have the three youngsters he refers too. I’d probably but Charles in that category too due to inexperience. So I think he is specifically calling out: McCarthy, Bree, Perraud , Lyanco, Djenepo, Onuachu Out of those who are the ones who see themselves as Premier League players still who don’t want to be here? All of them except Bree?
  21. First backtrack on JWP is definitely not leaving 😂😂
  22. Weird that we have these experts on Grimes, literally never heard of the player before we got relegated and then appointed Swanseas manager. People must have time on their hands. I do feel we need players that know the system though and are willing to implement it.
  23. Liked his interview, apologised, took responsibility whilst also pointing out that a lot of these senior players aren’t up to it (or aren’t willing to follow tactical instructions)
  24. That’s one of the reasons I’d be inclined to sell. 😀 It did my head in this year considering he wasn’t playing but the idiots in the Northam didn’t seem to realise.
  25. are the coaches kit designers and commercial manager now? pillock.
