I know it's tempting fate, but I really don't think we should be worried about them. In 10 games they have scored 3 goals and conceded 25. They are a piss poor team and as long as we maintain our performance levels of late then we'll beat them comfortably.

Would have preferred a draw to keep Leeds a few points below us, but hey ho. Norwich are that bad you can't reasonably expect them to take points off anyone at the moment.
-
I get this argument but I don't agree with it. If he's the best striker in the squad he should be playing. End of. Reducing our chances of getting points by leaving our best goalscorer out cos he's only on loan is completely irrational.

Another fantastic goal for Cornet at Burnley. He's some player. Wheels coming off at Brentford after their strong start? 3 defeats in a row now.

cUnacceptable inconsistency and appalling standard of referees

Laporte gets sent off for wrestling Zaha to he ground when he would have been clean through. Correct decision. But when Jonny Evans did exactly the same on Aubameyang he only got a yellow. The inconsistency is infuriating. -
Why don't we have these on the match reaction threads anymore? Can the server not cope with them these days or have the mods just stopped bothering with them?

JV (and Bertrand) couldn't get into the starting 11 of a Leicester side already missing its best 3 defenders today. On the other hand, Salisu was outstanding for us. Don't miss him one bit.

I'd like to know what these experts who have been telling us that Ralph is clueless and a terrible manager who's been found out think he did wrong today. Must have been something, yeah?

Ed, when you post on a forum and you use the word 'here', everybody will assume you mean 'here on this forum'. You should have been clearer. -
If they all genuinely thought Redmond was as bad you say today, then they clearly don't know what they are talking about. He was decent. He was a constant threat down the left, got in behind a few times and created numerous chances, and was an important part of an overall team performance. However poor he may have been in the past has no significance to that.

I meant who are the 10 out of 15 people on here who agree with you that he was poor today? Please point me to those posts. I'll wait. -

Who are they then? -
This is just plain wrong. I've been as critical if him over the last couple of years as anyone but it's obvious to anyone with eyes that he has vastly improved this season. He was a key part of our performance today, defended from the front, linked up well with KWP, and was involved in the move that led to our goal. To not recognise and acknowledge that is ridiculous.

I for one am counting the minutes til Monday when Howe comes riding in to save us from this horror show.
-
OK so Wolves didn't turn out how we would have liked, and we expected to get beaten at Chelsea, but 2 wins and a draw from Leeds, Burnley and Watford is decent. Perform like we did today and we'll surely beat Norwich, and Villa haven't been all that lately so we shouldn't fear them at SMS on Friday. I'm still feeling positive we'll be OK this season.
-
I'm not going to go over the missed chances again because that's been done to death already. For me, that win is thanks to two pieces of top quality - Ché's finish and Macca's late save.
-
We seem to be drawing fouls and breaking up their momentum with FKs quite well though.
-
If we do go on to win this it will be thanks to him. Outstanding save.
-
0-3 now.
-
Chelsea 0-2 up at Newcastle now. It'll be funny seeing them spend shedloads of cash in Jan but still get relegated.
-
Looked deliberate to me. It was a strange movement of his leg otherwise.
-
Watch us go and score from a Redmond corner now
-
That's definitely the right sub.
-
Oh that's an unlucky deflection.
