  1. Good pressure. Need to make it count.
  2. Wow. Overhead kick from Schneiderlin!
  3. He's better than Wanyama at least.
  4. Good opening wasted by Spiderman with a poor ball straight to Jasskaleinen
  5. Oooooh J-Rod. F**ked that up completely!
  6. Ooooh. Osvaldo feeds Lallana whose first touch takes it away from him.
  7. Looking much better so far this half.
  8. Good break - wasted.
  9. Lallana hits the post for the 2nd time this season. Edit: It was Lambert.
  10. Decent effort from Wanyama there.
  11. Need to change things about if we are going to win this game. WHU are working really hard to stop us playing it out from the back so we need to be smarter in midfield, and Wanyama isn't the right player to do that. Cork not on the bench (!?) so maybe get S Davis on for Wanyama.
  12. Lovren did really well there to take it away from Nolan.
  13. Good opportunity down the left there and both J-Rod and Shaw conspired to f**k it up.
  14. I definitely think Cork would be a better option than Wanyama here. He doesn't dither in possession like Victor does.
  15. WHU fans singing "Your ground's too big for you" when SMS is virtually full?
  16. Great work again from Shaw. They are looking susceptible down their right hand side so far.
  17. Nicely worked fro Osvaldo - good save.
  18. Wanyama looks half asleep. Twice in 30 seconds he allowed West Ham to nick the ball cheaply there.
  19. Sloppy start from Saints.

  21. What's the weather looking like now?
  22. Weather forecast looks pretty rubbish down there for this afternoon. Possibility of the match being called off perhaps?
  23. Clyne missed a fair bit of pre-season through injury otherwise he would have been first-choice from the off. He looked pretty sharp and hungry for the ball in the cup game at Barnsley, and he played the full 90 minutes, so I was surprised he didn't start against Norwich. Following the two-week break for the internationals, I fully expect him to start tomorrow because he is most definitely a better option (at this stage anyway) than Chambers.
  24. No, he is a self-confessed troll. He admitted to me via PM recently that something he had posted in a seemingly-serious way was completely false and done purely for a reaction. Therefore his opinions are worthless and should be ignored.
  25. I did. Two instances spring to mind: that goal against Derby and a delicate little cushion header to perfectly set up Rickie for our smash and grab at Elland Road. Whatever else he may or may not have done in the few games he had that season, these two moments were enough to convince me that he has very good technical ability. That's something that a player either has or he doesn't, and all the rest (like vision, awareness etc...) can be taught. If he has shown the coaching staff enough in training to convince them he can contribute this season then I hope he gets his chance to show us as well. Personally I would give him a run out in the Bristol City cup game to do just that.
