I suspect he won't be tired for the Mixed Doubles because it is basically just a stroll for the top players used to playing singles. We shall see. Anything can happen.

Could be tough on him physically. I think the mixed doubles is before the singles which shouldn't stress him too much, but I think the final with Federer is 5 sets. We shall see. It'd be incredible if he could pull off 2 golds.

It is incredible, but I suppose it's the way to do it. Target the sports you are good at. All the US medals have been in swimming. The Chinese have a decent spread.
