Whatever you think of tonights game...it wasn;t even close to the performance we put up at Derby...I thought we were average tonight...but then I was spoilt but the pure gold that we are now capable of producing a few days earlier. Hopefully we can do a 'Derby' performance on Saturday because honestly...tonight looked very average in comparison.

Ignore Derby threads and match reports etc....trust me..we were fantastic...absolutely amazing. We were speaking to the derby fans after the game and i could not believe what was coming out of their mouths..it was like they were watching a totally different game saying we weren't taht good and it was just that they were worse....BULLLLL****. We were incredbile...the football we played was undefendable......we fluffed about 3-4 1 on 1's which were created from just moving the ball around quickly....the second half was just ridiculous and Derby couldn't even touch the ball. Lee Holmes was butt ****ing defenders down the wing, as was Jamie White. Gillett was pretty much running the show and had savage in his back pocket and Schenieieirideielin was winning the ball all the time and breaking up play and again was fantastic. We also hit the bar twice and had a spell of 4 corners in a row. They just couldn't touch us. That little nutmeg that gillett did on their defender was fantastic aswell and pretty much summed up the match for me. Big useless bastard versus small amazing dude who embarresses him on his home ground. We defended well, there were a couple of edgy moments and Derby fluffed a good chance at the end of the first half but that is all they really had. I had to laugh at a Derby forum thread yesterday which said that they couldn't believe that they didn't beat us...afterall....we are sh1t and sold all of our good players on top of almost being relegated last year....and that suits us fine if everyone has that opinion of us. Clearly opposing teams will think that way as they don't havea clue how we are playing now...and that all the big names that are gone..were ****ing sh1t and clearly the cause of half of our problems in the first place. It is obvious from the first 3 games that we a re really trying to play some proper football...it won't work all the time but when it does it is fantastic to watch. We were unlucky up at cardiff.....our second half against birmingham was poor..but up until then we were very good to watch and yesterday it all came together. If we had won 4-0 it probably would have reflected the performance better. Our finishing was not the best, on another day we could have quite easily grabbed more.

Just back from Derby and I sh!t you not..probably one of the best performances I have ever seen from a saints team..we were ****ing unbelievable and compeltely played them off the park..the passing and movement, especially in the second half, was gobsmacking. The amount of times we carved Derby open with quick passing and fantastic movement was countless.....if we get more ruthless in front of goal we will absolutely spank some teams. :supz::supz::supz::supz::supz::supz::supz::supz::supz:

LOL if u stop digging at people heels everytime and fouling and falling over every 5 minutes.....maybe they wouldn;'t kick you back.... play rough...and get it back..that's the way it works. sometimes u get bad calls...sometimes u don't....play the way u expect to be played against...if the other team is full of ****s there is nothing u can do about it. Christ we had full blown brawls sometimes down there But in answer to your question...don't mind...

I think he could quite easily score 20 odd goals this season...he'll certainly get chances...and he can score all kinds of goals...not just 8 yarders like Rasiak...plus the kid has a bit of pace about him and a decent football brain....and finishers's instinct.

It is disappointing and i get very annoyed however we lose....losing is for losers. Every game needs to be played to win...if we have any aspirations of promotion, that is what we must do...and from what I have seen so far this season, that seems to be the way we want to play. Importantly Mcgoldrick scored and in parts we looked ok. i'm increasingly worried about how incredibly sh1t we are at defending set pieces, how under sized we are all over the pitch and how we ALWAYS ****ing conceed in injury time and cannot close out games. Would have taken the point if offered. An alternative way of looking at it is at least we didnt get thumped 4-1 or something, that would have been depressing.
