you make a good point but what kind of problems would we be left with if we had good investment and were in the premiership? we could afford the calibre of player to stay in the prem and would have a quality manager in place, I suppose there is always the danger of the investor leaving the club

Good post, call me naive but I really do see SFC as a potential goldmine/big club, its in a good location being close to a major port and has all the right falcities and connections, all were missing is a team thats as good as everything else, investors obviously don't see it that way though, I suppose they see us as one big gamble with lowe forever a shackle round our footballing legs:D

We've had a bad time over the last three or four years, actually lets not gloss things over we've had a horrendous time! Two questions: (technically four) 1) Do you feel as fans we have a right to an investor? more so than other clubs in similar positions? 2)what is the prime reason why the club has failed to attract investment under several different managements? Is it primarily the debt putting investors off or are we just not appealing? after all lots of debt ridden clubs get taken over thoughts...........:smt102

crouch has his faults but IMO cares more about the club than the other two clowns, not gonna happen but If the stay away fans did return and we were regularly exceeding 20,000 gates would Lowe and Wilde still sell our key players anyway? my guess is yes

you are kidding yourself if you think stern wouldn't be a better option for us than mcgoldrick,robertson etc, its often the case that loanees don't do well at over clubs. answer this say we need to win our last game to stay up who would you rather have in your team mcgoldrick or stern?

The thing is current form means feck all where saints are concerned three wins in a row can just as easily be followed by three heavy defeats and vice versa ya never know what saints are gonna turn up on the day. Maybe thats what makes it exciting/nerve wracking, supporting them?

can't see scheiderlin being worth a million more than surman and more than lallana. I seriously doubt anyone will be willing to pay these high figures when we simply have to sell anyway. Most will go for far less than there worth
