Now I know that he's been in and out of the team but 3million? Are they insane?

Chambers is fantastic but his crossing is not up to the standard of the rest of his game (at the moment) if he improves in that aspect he's a future England right back guaranteed.
I am still bricking it having an 18 year old striker start. This does not mean I don't want him to do well or I'm not a real fan or I don't trust our youth, all this means is that I'd rather not have an 18 year old start as our main striker against the league leaders.
We will never know because who would take the time to video tape his performances? To be fair, I quite liked Jermaine, he made 100 appearances for us and put in a good shift.
I agree about Connolly to be fair, I think it's extremely arrogant that he thinks he can choose not to train, do whatever he likes and then still play.
Like J-Rod who has increased his value and is playing well or Nathaniel Clyne who has done the same? Perhaps you're referring to Dejan Lovren or Wanyama who have both been very good or Schneiderlin who was roundly criticised in his first two seasons in the lowewr leagues but is now one of our more sellable assets?
I'd rather have our transfer policy than one of signing premier league has beens like certain clubs.
Strange, perhaps the company secretary updated the wrong information and then we amended it. I can't think of many reasons for a director to be in employment for a day.
