  1. This is so comical. People cant understand why the protesters are standing behind a 16 year old kid and want someone to step up to the plate. Why dont they do it then?? It doesn't take much, apparently a simple facebook group is all you need...
  2. For a minute I was thinking you were gonna say '3 points that is' as a positive thread for tomorrow!
  3. Maybe they do but how come it is of importance to try and find out who they are? Do you honestly care? If they are that way inclined then they are very short sighted and have no relevance as a voice of opinion anyway.
  4. He does, he stands at the back of the Northam, sings his heart out regardless of performance and wants everyone else to do the same during the game and protest before and after. Connor is as big of a saints fan as anyone I have met. People who are judging this guy are wrong and are also complete idiots for trying to judge the lad without meeting him. Take a look at yourselves before judging others.
  5. What is the point in this? You love a good bicker on this forum dont you. Nobody actually wants bad things to happen to this club and suggesting that they do and then trying to 'out' these people is so pathetic.
  6. What is the deal with our club and really bad PR skills? Surely anyone in charge of a company with such influence to the community should be in touch with the communities feelings... This comment again just stinks. It just so ridiculous in so many ways and I cant understand why he would think it needs to be said. This club is a joke.
  7. I still can't understand how the management of a PLC company can make so many mistakes and fail on so many accounts and still be in charge! It really does completely baffle me.
  8. ...well had a dream last night that we the lost the next 8 games (including today) then won the final 7 and stayed up last day of the season by a point to send down Watford, Barnsley and Charlton in the greatest escape of all time!!! So far, so good... I still believe...
  9. Stu I want to set the record straight as swiftly as I can as a PM I had written to you ended up as an essay so I deleted it. Firstly I want to state on record that I have had no part in organising nor do I plan to help organise any protests since the initial one and when people are banding my name around it they shouldn't be! This has irritated me that people are still including me as an organiser when I am not!! I dont want to organise any more protests due to the simple fact that I have no free time at all and most likely wont have for the forseable future. Secondly I find the whole thing between the two protests a complete embaressment to the fans. Both parties involved in the bickering need to grow up and somehow unite the two sets of supporters so that any demonstration is a united one as that is the whole point of a protest; the entire fanbase uniting to show they're distaste of the current management. Lastly I am very surprised that you have quit after a couple of peoples attempt to sabotage your protest. Surely you are more thick skinned than that, if you believe it is the right way to go then just do it! (I am sure you will be more greatly supported than you realise). Good luck to everyone involved.
  10. I dont believe this story and think people are jumping on the bandwagon here without knowing facts. I do know however that about 4 weeks ago James Beattie got headbutted from someone I know whilst he was in Oceana ad no-one really gave a toss, that is fact.
  11. Strachan. Only good manager we have had since I have been diehard saints.
  12. Good stuff. We'll be able to see all the highlights of our outstanding 3-0 victory then Get in there!
  13. I agree, I was also thinking that maybe we need a phsychologist, nutritionist, personal trainer, voice technique coach and maybe a writer who could write us some more songs too. Maybe if the fans really work hard over the coming weeks we might be able to get ourselves out of relegation.
  14. Haha, I'll hold you to that, can the charity be of my choice?
  15. I beat Reading too! Congrats aswell LTC, I always realised the players and coaching staff had nothing to do with it. We obviously need to buck up our performances for the remaining games as its our fault that we are in the relegation zone, man we suck!! Were such losers. Imagine how good the team would be with super uber fans. We're such a frikkin let down arent we.
  16. A lot of obvious negativity but we are due a good run. With the amount of bad luck we have had we will be due our share of karma. 6 wins, 4 draws, 5 losses, 22 points and safety mathematically confirmed after Burnley at home I hope anyway
  17. Very true that. At the end of the day, whatever we do, we just need everyone to do it. Thats what will get the message across, even if it were a mass cheese eating in demonstration against the board it would get the message across as long as everyone did it! Numbers are the key. The mass sit in would be effective IMO.
  18. I agree and think that the march basically just seems like the easy option to take and I dont fully agree with having another one. As you say, its been done and just doesn't seem worth doing again really. Plus the general public will just get fed up with us disrupting the city on a saturday and 'wasting' tax payer money on the policing involved. It needs to be stepped up for sure but ideas are very faint at the moment. I like the idea of a mass sit in and demonstration after the Preston game that someone suggested. I dont personally agree with a boycott (unless it was literally a last ditch resort) and I know for sure that it wouldn't be aswell supported. All we need to do is unite the fanbase to as great an extent as possible so that it shows the majority opinion. What I would really want more than anything is for us to somehow get a fan on the board, but we know that'll probably never happen unfortunately.
  19. I do agree Stu but we would just never get enough people to miss the game. Plus by losing SFC of its revenue we are just hurting the club more. We do need to emphasise that you can support the club and demonstrate at the same time and have effective results, we just need to continue to add more and more pressure on them to leave. No matter how thick their skin is eventually they/someone will have to act.
  20. Tbf though they are only quoting the echo who in turn quoted the police who quite obviously got the numbers completely wrong or counted before the march began.
  21. Of course we're gonna stay up!! Another great escape to come Stanley, mark my words
  22. ''This is the percentage of supporters who support Rupert Lowe''
  23. Its gonna be a tight one whatever, as last season we will be biting our nails til the last game!!
  24. They are in some form thats true, but I just didn't see anything to them when they came down here. I fear for them this side of christmas... I must add that I still have every faith we stay up!! I am dillusional maybe though :S
