That's a good e-mail and sums everything up perfectly. What MP Skate is doing is a huge abuse of power, the fortune of the skates is nothing to do with the countries politics and her propaganda to get the PST takeover through when there are so many more important issues in the constituency is just plain disgusting. I'm going to take out a huge loan and buy my local pub team. I'm then going to make ridiculous promises of paying huge wages to high profile players so that we can go on a cup run to Wembley. I'm then going to pay no one the money I promised I would, let the administrators take charge and put the FA Cup trophy in my locals trophy cabinet whilst letting the creditors and tax payer foot the bill for our success. Then I'm going to tell everyone that we are the best pub team in the world and we have the best support the game has ever seen as apparently this is a viable and morally acceptable plan for the management of a football team. Hopefully the local MP will offer a loan and take the clubs plight to parliament when the locals decide they'd like to buy it for a small percentage of the debt. Result.

There was such a huge uproar about Lance Armstrong taking drugs to enhance his performance and achieve unjustified success that they have wiped that success from the history books, this is no different at all. Spending money you legally can't afford to spend on getting a huge competitive advantage is exactly the same as taking an illegal substance to gain one.

Where did this story about Tessem signing for the skates come from? Was it a wind up or real? I may have just made myself look like a right mug at work...

I know a company that does this now. They had a box for 10 years or something but the price for the season almost doubled this year so they jacked it in and got season tickets in the Itchen instead, they now take their clients down Oxford Street before and after the game and just sit in the stand for the game. It's considerably cheaper and a much better experience by all accounts.

I can't believe fans wouldn't want european away days! What has it come to when as a supporter you don't want an away trip to a european country to get you through the working week.
