Great win, had to leave 15 mins early as my 4 yr old daughter wanted to go. To be fair she wanted to go after the first 10 mins. It was her first match, and part from being surrounded by hairy arse southerners, some bloke woked past with blood oozing from a head wound. She said tonight when I put her to bed. "Daddy, don't take me to football ever again, i did like the train ride though" I think I will try again but it will be at home in the family enclosure next time I think. And how **** are there facilities!? Also, I had lost my phone in the taxi on the way there so need someone in the ticket office to phone me a cab. I was told they didnt have a pay phone, and when I dared suggested I borrowed on of there phones they looked at me like i'd asked to **** in there shoes! My daughter was freezing, in the end one of them called a cab, but was told it would be at least 30 mins. I asked if they could try another, and they said they only ever use the one firm. I explained that it was for us not them so surely they could use another, but they refused. They suggested that the station wasnt too far away anyway and I could walk, bloody gits, its 2 mile away!! Ended up walking to the travel lodge and the guy on reception got us one straight away. What is it with some people?! They were women too so you would expect they would have a little more compassion. Kind of didn't help with my daughters first matchday experience! Still had a good day though, and it was quite funny that any time a song with swear words started my daughter looked at me to make sure I wasnt joining in!
