Saints are clearly contributing, but lets not kid ourselves its out of any desire to help English football. If it didn't suit us as a business model, we wouldn't be doing it.
Clubs don't give a **** about England, and why should they?
I would suggest that if we lose the next three games so that pochettinos record matches Adkins, he will be under severe pressure.
If we win them all, their records will not be comparable.
I've never had an issue like this with the ticket office that I haven't been able to sort out with them, with a bit of patience and being able to talk to people.
I always wonder why other people seem unable to do the same.
I was surprised to find that most of the people I spoke to didn't know the tune for either. Am I wrong in thinking the Wanyama one is quite a famous piece of music?
I've tried the EA management offering, and it's terrible, but they do get the interface right. It actually feels as though you're playing a football game.
"Jos, our new record signing has a history of being a bit of a princess, so what we want you to so is start ripping the **** out of him the second he walks through the door"
Good old Jos :-)
My friends who support other clubs are very impressed with our transfer activity. We seem to be going after very specific targets and not paying over the odds to get them.
Gradual, sustainable progress. I'm pretty happy with that.
