The way he has been playing in the last 6-8 games barring Liverpool to which I went and Jose Enrique had him in his pocket. Punch has been a class apart. When he is on his game especially combined with Clyne bombing on and doing intricate one-twos and triangles with the CM's it is a joy to watch If Puncheon stays fit I would rate him higher than Lallana at the moment and just hope Adam is not upset by the fact he is no longer the best flair player due to Gaston and Puncheon's resurrection.

I just think that we have 6 or 7 players who are prem quality and 15 or 16 who are championship at best, so at best we have 4 players punching above their weifht in any given starting line up. If we had rotated slightly after reasonable results then fair enough, Nigel should say to an 11 of which he believes is his strongest (I believe the team v Swansea is not far off and having cork back is vital), right lads you have got 6 games to turn the season round and if you stay fit you are all starting. There is no excuse of fatigue after a 46 game season plus cup games.

I have just had a look at the 4 most recent starting 11's and it strikes me that after 11 games Adkins still does not know his best side. Discuss...

Davis has made far too many errors at the near post and basic reaction saves have been lacking. My left field.suggestion would be to.not write either off yet Give Gazza 4 games for me then take each defender in turn and ask who they feel more confident with after 4 games with each. My take is this. Positives Ramirez looks good. We will struggle this season. My worry is lack of a physically strong ball playing cm who breaks people. Look at tiote, Fellaini, that sort of mould. Instead we play two weak tacklers who can pass behind three attacking mids and a big striker and then find ourselves standing off and playing too deep without a real ankle biter to put the fear of God in people. Davis has been found out sadly. And I have been worried it would happen. The best way to get the best out of out defence would be to.get fox and clyne to be defenders and really restrict their forward play as they are too keen to bomb forward and let tactically inferior players cover. Full backs playing like they are cafu and Roberto Carlos will get us relegated. Schneiderlin is not good enough at this level not a quick enough brain, typical ball dweller. Good points are Ramirez looks very useful, however Lallana is no longer our best midfielder, I just hope he doesn't get fazed. Today he looked disinterested if his wife was due then he should have been on bench. Bad management. We were crying out for pace running in behind once Ramirez came on. Mayuka must be being saved for the less profile games and I have a feeling Ramirez and him will link well. There is no other english striker close to rickie for consistently scoring goals. Rickie is as near to a Shearer as we have had and has been in lower league for way too long. Just caught up with the results from yesterday as I have been on my honeymoon road trip. In Cologne at the moment and being a tight northen bast@rd refused to pay for wifi in this particular hotel until I had to. Been pretty hard keeping up with results and goals etc as been away for best part of two weeks and moving around all the time has meant finding places to watch games difficult. Streaming banned in most hotels and SkyGo currently only a UK and ROI product... BOOOO! That aside I obviously am now back online which brings me to the subject of saints. The last i had heard of Saints was the last 5 mins on saints player of the Pompey game. Such a high and then low I have not experienced in a while as a fan, to then see that Reading won as well had me worried. Step up Nigel Adkins in the players time of need after such a crushing result to our bitter rivals. Hearing on here about his psychological impact on the players with his video of the season so far (Saints Player Compilations Ltd) has made me quite emotional and surprisingly close to the team and staff as individuals even though I am miles away with very little access to them. Cometh the hour, Cometh the man! Sounds like the fans at the Palace game really bared all and got behind the team exponentially. This is what makes us a great club these days bounce-back ability, a few times this season we have had an unexpected poor result in a run of good form but we have hit back with vital away wins. Really pleased West Ham are choking too, it has probably already been said but two more wins and its all over bar the shouting. Come on you Saints!!!

From looking at other forums, I believe do Prado is almost as feared as Lambert when played up top. He isn't the most hardworking player but hes a bit of a Berbatov just less overall quality. When he's in the mood, he can and has been a match winner. Anyway back to Tadanari Lee. Exciting news. I hope he settled rapidly and proves to be something different as I feel other than SDR we have no geniune wing pairing atm. If this means we can get a bit of width and also chip in with a few goals ala Chaplow this could be a great signing.

As thread title says I have a 316i SE 2000 e46 bmw at mo which is lovely and has full leather etc, paid £1200 for it with 90k miles in good nick. Only problem is I want to tour Europe for my honeymoon in March and am going to need a diesel. Budget is whatever i get for the 1.9 petrol bmw plus £500 so probs £1500-£1700. Must have at least June 2012 test Options so far: Laguna DCi Vectra DCi High mile 320D Mondeo TDCI 115/130 VAG 1.9tdi A4/A3/Golf/Passat I like the big car feel of the BM as its my first saloon, don't really want to go back to a hatch.
