If you started watching Saints in the 80s like I did you grew up with us not wearing stripes that whole decade so for those of a certain age stripes aren't that important. I would suggest that our 3 best kits haven't been stripes. The Keegan one, the sash and the plain red one with white and black bits on the shoulders.
