Can Lallana play as our attacking Centre Midfielder?

It's also one of the rare occasions you're right. -
Tsk, Kracken you should know by now that any post that doesn't give credit to the chairman is people with an axe to grind. I actually don't give a f*ck that we don't know how much tickets are yet, unless it's above my cut off point for football then I'll get one, but then I am loaded so have loads of spare cash. However not everyone is as fortunate (aka driven, Motivated, successful and ambitious) as me so will need to know how much they have to spend, if it's an installments plan how much they have to budget monthly etc. Frank "the voices of reason" Cousin comments about "tough sh*t if you can't afford it" "you know this time of year you need to spend £500-£700" are dismissive and arrogant in the extreme. £500-£700 is not an insignificant sum for most people so it would be nice for them to know as soon a posssible how much it's going to cost. It's called customer service, something the club has lacked since Luker quit.

Were we crying out for width? I seem to recall lots of salivating at the great football we were playing as we stormed to promotion and easily top scorers. If only we had a width and a goal scoring central midfielder it might all have gone better. -

We simply must have an attacking central midfielder, it's vitally important. We need a goal scoring central midfielder because Barcelona have one and so do Chelsea and liverpool. Even Everton have got one in Tim Cahill and we are much bigger than them. Forget the fact that it'll mean changing the way we play totally and with two attacking full backs, two attacking wide midfielders and two strikers well it'll mean we play effective with a back 3 for a lot of next season at least we'll have a central attacking midfielder player like what Barcelona do. -
True, generally people that i've found that dont get on with their bossses are ones that are are offended by everything and too pathetic to stand up for themselves or with a massive sense of self importance and unable to accept authority.

I've never got the whole thing about leaving because you don't get on with the boss either. Are people really that Lilly livered and childish that they're too frightened to ask their boss what the problem is?. Stamp on it early and its never a problem in my experience. I haven't always got on with my bosses but have never shyed away from trying to resolve problems or at worst tolerate each other knowing that at the end of the day we both want the same thing, just our methods are different. I do agree some companies take the p*ss but again set your stall out early and don't be scared to say no. Generally the more you do the more they expect.

I don't disagree but sometimes people can hide. In my industry it can often be a year for people to see the fruits of their labour, so it's quite easy to "blag it" if youre that way inclined. In fact a lot of people make a good living in my industry by earnings huge basic and moving from job to job for a year to eighteen months before moving on again because they didn't get on with their boss or other lame excuses.

Unfortunately in the blame everyone else and woe is me culture we have in this country it seems the only the way. The ones with the right attitude won't be effected, just the lazy and useless or those that blame others for their failings. What boss in his right mind is going to get rid of someone who is a good employee for no reason?

You forgot Adam Johnson. -
I think this legislation is a great idea. Especially in small companies a good team spirit and work ethic is highly important. You can't carry "bare minimum" people as it has been put or personality clashes causing disharmony for everyone else. There will always be individuals who clash andif that's the case then they need to be proactive is sorting out their differences and getting on or leave. It happens all the time in my industry, perform or go, that is why we are a motivated proactive and successful company. This will reward the hard working and flexible and make the bare minimumers work harder and make more effort to fit in.

And?

East Africa covers Kenya, Tanzania and Somlia, forgive me for not getting myself at it about the prospects of unearthing a gem here.

Confusing parts of Africa is an example of us doing things different.

Does this have the double bonus that The entire continent of Africa now can also be considered our catchment area?

As someone that's never played semi professional football; other than charging out and clattering into his own defender I can't see there was much else he could have done, it was a great cross, great bit of movement and a decent finish. Surely going by what you say Rob Green was fault for the second as in very similar circumstances he too stayed on his line and gave Ince the whole goal to aim at.

They're right in saying Jaidi is a legend in Tunisia. I remember going there a few years ago on holiday and the shops were full of Jaidi shirts and all the locals wanted to talk about him. Smart move.

Arent work permits an issue when recruiting young players from this area? We had problems getting one for Mido. Are things more relaxed now?

How does he do it? He's played 35 times in 5 years FFS. -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8uJoTe1fwbs&feature=related Maybe you could claify how this goal is a goal keeping error. Look at the flight of the ball, it's a heavy touch from Cole which takes it out wide, the only angle Gilks could have come out at would have meant him likely crashing into/being crashed into by the centre half. He did nothing wrong. As for Green, as the England number 2, id expect him to be better, no?

It isn't headlines though is it. It's a small article in a sunday paper, a couple of lines. Do you really think the papers just invented the story so they can sell millions more copies because of what is going on down on the South Coast at Southampton? Believe it or not the 95% of the country doesn't give a toss who is manager of Southampton.
-
What was it then?
-
Yeah, because obviously im going to name the person who told me and risk their career just so can give a name to my source to keep you happy. I dont care if you dont believe it or not and i dont care about being ITK on an internet mongboard, if so why didn't i create a new post about this back in February when i was told and all appeared to be wonderful? You keep your head in the sand sunshine.
