Southampton. The most deluded fans in the country. One year out of league one and on about champions league football FFs. Averaged 26k last year and only sold out a handful of times in the last 7 years and they reckon they need a 45k stadium. Some of their fans think they are bigger than Everton despite being 2 leagues below them last year and have only ever won one trophy! Apparantly they've got this wonder chairman who the fans hero worship who is going to turn them from a middle sized premier lewgue club into the English Barcelona! If ever a set of fans needed a reality check it's some of theirs.

Nah, I reckon it's decent. I'm not a massive fan of stripes to be honest. The sash and the red on with white and black bits on the shoulder From 1985 were the best kits we've have since the Keegan kit. What do they both have in common? Neither stripes. Not that I particularly care mind.

The one that has just left Villa looks decent, Guzan. Available for nothing as well. Tall, at 27 just coming into his prime. Ideal to compete with KD This season with a view to long term successor. Although worryingly he started his career at South Carolina Game cocks.

I met a bloke on holiday last year who supported Norwich AND Chelsea. When Norwich were relegated with us in 2005 he decided he needed a premier league team to support so chose Chelsea. I just find this sort of behaviour weird.

Readings tickets went on general sale today, there were queues round the stadium. I had no idea there were so many Chelsea fans living in the area who can't be arsed to go to Stamford Bridge. I work in Reading and up until about March I was aware of about 3 Reading fans, but the time they played us there were dozens of the f*ckers, people who had been talking about Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs were now suddenly Reading fans.

You know what I find sad? The ones who take Internet forums so seriously they feel the need to attempt to correct every bit of banter and p*ss taking. Or the ones who thump their keyboards in anger, Veins popping out of their temples as they angrily tell someone just what they think of them, people like stu whats his name, who until today had never even registered on my radar, much like yourself until a couple of moths ago Timothy.

Indeed it is, "johnno Quick" is one step up from "genuine pace" which in itself is far superior to just normal pace.

Shame it didn't flatline a month earlier and we wouldn't had to have out up with last seasons ones.

5 minutes each of attack v defence. Each team chooses 5 players, the defending team must include a goal keeper. The game is played entirely in the defending teams third. No offsides, just five minutes of both teams going for for it. Whoever scores most goals in that time wins, if it's still a draw repeat again but with one less defender and keep doing this until there is a winner.

So it's alive then, yes? If it stopped it wouldn't survive.
