  1. We should print off some of these and put them in a bucket with a message "this money, like your club, is a thing of the past. Love everyone at SFC"
  2. Blackened up to look like Miners coming out of the pit with torches on their heads FFS!!!
  3. is anyone thinking of doing anything for our trip to Yorkshire? I think something is in order as Yorkshire people think it's a great county. Prehaps we could all go wearing flat caps and wave Yorkshire pudding at them? Or can we source any inflatable pigeons or whippets to wave at them? Or how about wearing hard hats with torches on the front and blackening up our faces a bit laugh at the mines where they all used to work. That would show how crazy us Saints fans are. We need to be careful though because i've heard on the grapevine our celebrity copper is planning to announcing anyone getting involved in norvenobia and chanting "you dirty norven b*stard" at them will be nicked and banned, apparantly a lot of Hull fans were upset last nigth and complained.
  4. Pipe down Dunce. They are the guardians of intellegent debate. Given his willingness to see the Liehbers throw 36m away I expect Les Bender to be on here a lot today, he'll be on strike.
  5. Given it was our 20th home win in a row, playing great football and top of the league is it unreasonable for a fanbase that thinks it could get 44k in the premier league to get 12,000 less than that for a match against a promotion rival? Where were they? 32,000 should be easily achievable given the catchment area, fan base, potential, investment Wolves expansion and Chelsea getting a good crowd compared in 1982 last night.
  6. Of course, the Libhers spent 12m on buying the club plus and extra 8m on players and other investment. That means they're bound to spend another 36m on 12000 extra seats because we didn't sell out against Bolton in 2004 due to only 200 away fans.
  7. So because CMA chose Brighton ahead of Leicester we suddenly need a bigger stadium do we?
  8. Remind me why getting 30,000 on a Monday night in 2004 means we will get 44,000 in 2016.
  9. It ruined my matchday experience. The big screens have an anti saints agenda.
  10. I didn't say we did need to. I said what is the assumption that we are going to be anything other than prudent based on the lst 3 transfer windows and Corteses focus on the academy.
  11. Lets just take each game as it comes FFs.
  12. Based on what? What makes you think we won't continue to spend prudently? Is it the fact we spent literally less than Leicester did on a centre back all summer on all of our players? In any case a lot on here don't think you need to buy players, we've got a Man United c97 squad chomping at the bit in our academy, just waiting to be unleashed on top flight. Didn't Lowe, chairman of skint club have same philosophy?
  13. Ive thought that a good reply to every song they sing at us is "we don't understand, we don't understand, your pikey bulls*it we don't understand"
  14. Do I say not as I do Norm.
  15. The usual sparkling contribution from Cul De Sac Saint (PMSL this changing names is hilarious) obvious some of you are too think to get it but obviously 32k is big enough because we've proven we can fill that. For it to be worth the 36 million quid it would cost to sling an extra 12,000 seats on the top arguments like we could fill 44k because QPR and Wolves might need a bigger ground and we could fill it, it's possible don't rule it out, they did say man would never walk on the moon Ain't going convince a billionaire business family that it is money well spent. However a 20th successive home win, our highest league position side 2005 and 10000 empty seats might convince them that it ain't needed for the forseable future.
  16. Obviously not. 9,000 stayed away because they had better things to do. Nights like tonight prove anyone talking about expanding SMS right now is f*cking mental.
  17. Just shy of 23k tonight for our 20th successive home win and against a promotion rival. Remind me again why we need 44,000 seats?
  18. It's you lot that are missing the point. We sold out the Dell week after week for years. We had a 2 year waiting list for season tickets. When was the last time we sold out for an entire season at SMS? WHen was the last time we had a two year waiting list for season tickets at SMS? When was the last time we could have sold out SMS twice over like we could for games at THe Dell on occasions? That is the point, despite what West Bender (PMSL) says about what QPR might be doing or that there is a chance that we might fill it, dont rule it out, anything is possible. There is absolutely ZERO evidence that it is financially viable and that SFC, not QPR, Wolves, Boca Juniors, SFC need and can fill a 44k stadium. At the moment.
  19. CAn you let me know who the Beckham,Scholes and Giggs are of our academy please. Also the Neville brothers who will go onto become good solid top half team pros and England internationals.
  20. I'll probably spend the whole time cowering in the corner. Cant handle Saints away. So be nice. C*nt.
  21. If you're happy to steal from the club on your consience be it....
  22. And in the Northam where everyone is stood it wouldn't matter anyway, just get everyone to budge up a bit, easily fit another 5 or 6 people a row in. We managed it at the Dell for the Arsenal last game
  23. I'm pretty sure they only record tickets for home games on your record if you ask them to do it. I'm sure i was told by someone who used to work at the club that the card swipe system wasn't cost effective to install. Although we'll probably need it when we are turning 15,000 away every week in the premier league.
  24. Bye then xxxx
  25. It really isn't. What is to stop people pretending to have lost their ticket and buying another one for £10 and giving it to their friend? Cortese is showing his trust for us by doing this.
