We are building a team for the premier league and then the champions league, signing players on loan is not the answer. We should be looking at tapping these players up to buy into the vision now. The only young striker l can see who would add anything to us is Macheda from Manchester United.

I heard a rumour from a friend who is in Switzerland that we had bid £80m for David Villa accepted and that he had turned us down as Nige wouldn't gurantee him a first team spot. My source wide of the mark though and it was actually an £80m bid for Aston Villa as we are looking to use them as a feeder club. The bid was accepted but the deal broke down as Villa felt that they weren't worthy of being a feeder club to a club of our stature.

For kids of that age it's fine, i rememer being the first one in my school to have the 85 kit, felt like a hero. But men in their 20's upwards, FFS, get a grip.

I agree also. You are only "vaguely interested" you say this yourself, yet have posted dozens of mock ups on here. Anyway, my point is valid, regardless of if i give a toss if when and where the new kit is released and what it looks like. What do the club have to gain by being so secrative and late? All i can imagine is that they are sitting in their offices laughing at everyone getting excited about it. There is no business reason to do this as not many people can afford £500 for a season ticket plus £100 upwards for new kits in one month and well all know home and away shirts are a must for any geniune fan in modern football. The pre ordering thing is just a joke, i really cant believe anyone in their right mind, other than our super fans would sign up for this, it's mental.

what the kit looks is vaguely interesting i guess. 29 pages of what others clubs kits look like and what ours might look like based on nothing but this and guess work is not. And also my point was, i really dont understand what the club has to gain by all the secrecy and by delaying the release so long. I've had a company car for last the two years and a bit years so my NCB has gone, driven for 15 years with only one accident which was a week after i passed my test. I didn't think Brits needed visa due to our "special realtionship". They wouldn't remove them when i pointed out that about 80% of the comments on here are pointless if you want to be as pedantic as Boj had been. I know i was being grassed up as a mug on here said something on the lines of he would not rest until i was banned. Sad that people take football forums so seriously but given the stance of the site owners these days it's no surprise.
