  1. Depends on your definition of "moving on" our society is more tolerant these days, (as long as you agree with the mainstream) no bad thing. On the negaitive side however there is more crime, violence, teenage pregenancy, drug abuse, family and marriage breakdown etc. If that is "moving on" then i suppose it has. Anyway, what are you going to be doing 25th of December this year? Have you volenteered to work over easter bank holiday as you wont be celebrating it this year?
  2. Thanks, but i already know this.
  3. and you dismissed it the mutters of knuckle draggers. If society has moved on are you going to be throwing away the christmas tree this year? Or are you going to be a hypocrite and join in the celebration of the festival of the birth of christianity?
  4. So the bits that suit you then?
  5. Not anymore they aren't they used to be, when people were more religious, but you brought up the bible. Christmas and easter celebrates the birth and death of the the king of "knuckle draggers" Surely it would be hypocritical of you to celebrate it given your last comment?
  6. What you mean like comapring the life of a child to driving a car or owning a dog? I bet if you asked someone in 1940 if they ever thought homosexuality would be legal they'd have said it never would be as well, but it did. Nothing would surprise me as this society digs itself further into the gutter.
  7. sounds like you are contradicting yourself to me....
  8. ahh, so now the bible and the fundemental values of western society is written by knucle draggers? Thou shall not steal, thou shall not murder, thou shall only apply the bits that suit me??? I hope you wont be celebrating Christmas or buying any easter eggs, we wouldn't want you celebrating the festivals of knuckle dragger now would we.
  9. Surely the same applies to yourself. Who are you to critise me based on your live and let live ethics? Or is that live and let live as long as they agree with the mainstream view?
  10. Why are you incapable of reading posts properly without spinning them to suit your agenda?? You were the one who started going on about breaking the law. I simply pointed out that 50 years ago it was illegal to be gay in the country and still is in some lands. 70 years ago it was unthinkable for homosexuality to be legal in Britain, what is to say the same wont be the case for paedophillia in 70 years time? Hardly "desperate" to link the two. You asked me to prove the traditional family set up is better. There are currently few studies against same sex parenting because it is a relatively new fashion, although i am sure if any futures studies were negative then they would be spun to look positive as saying anything remotely anti gay makes you homophobic doesn't it. My link proves the government have researched the values of a traditional family set up and proven that this is the best for a child against alternatives, i dont see why adding researching same sex parenting would result in any other conclusion.
  11. I am sure he'll love taking the kiddie to the park for a game of football when he is 75 and the kid is 12. He'll be lucky to live to see the kid into his twenties. It's hard enough losing a parent in your 30's let alone teens.
  12. He was making a point about breaking laws and i was merely making the point that in some countries and in the not to distant past in this very country, homosexuality was illegal. I am sure in the 30's and 40's homosexuals were viewed as sick and immoral, certainly most of our grandparents would have held that view. I didn't say i agree with it, just making the point that what is what it was. I agree with some Islamic countries views though, women should not be allowed to drive cars.
  13. As per my comment above that i am not saying i think its right, or did you conviniently not see that? What i am suggesting is that 50 years ago in the UK it was illegal to be gay and 80 years ago unthinkable that it ever would be legal. What is to say that in the UK in 50 years time the same isn't the case with peadophiles? The way this country is going with everyone being able to justify their behaviour by blaming it on some mental problem nothing would surprise me. http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/news/article-23373399-married-parents-are-best-admits-blairite-think-tank.do It's unarguable that a child is at it's happiest when raise by its parents. Why do unhappy couples stay together for the sake of their kids? Because people know this and parents put their kids first above all else. Yes you can quote examples of crap parents, but when there a millions you will always get some bad examples. Dont worry though, you go against 1000's of years of family values, scientific and government evidence and general common sense and keep your media spun "modern" views.
  14. Correct me if i am wrong but isn't being gay against the law in some countries and was in Britain until the 60's? And before i get accused of homophobia again, i am not saying that i agree with this, i am stating a fact.
  15. No, i comprehend them. I just dont see how you can compare raising a child to driving a car and having a pet dog. I suppose if your child got badly hurt you'd just scrap it or have it put down and get another one rather than trying to make it better then?
  16. Think what you like, unlike some i have no interest in becoming an internet superstar like some on here seem to dream of. I find it quite strange that you dont seem to think there is anything wrong with a pick n mix approach to gender and child birth. It'll be great for the kid, not knowing if is mum/dad is a man or a woman. Good luck to them though, they as long as they are happy. I'm sure the way society is going in 20 years times peadophiles wont be considered sick f*cks anymore, they are just living their life as they see fit.
  17. I cant imagine a dog will get builled at school, have its picture in the media at every opportunity or be phsycholgically damaged because it's parents that are caring for it aren't dogs can you? You seem to have talent for making silly points without answering the questions dont you.
  18. Not exactly, "it" had a partial sex change, so is part man part woman, its a bit more than simply a woman that looks like a bloke otherwise Sally Gunnell getting pregenant would make headline news. One minute our bearded lady wants to be a bloke, the next it wants to be a woman and have kids. No doubt some of this lot will think there is nothing wrong with it as long as the kids gets a few extra presents under the tree at christmas.
  19. oh do shut up you nausiating adolescent.
  20. come on Deppo, wadda yah think? They are all waiting for someone like you to say its right or wrong so they can all join in.
  21. no i'm gay and we are raising a child together and she had had a sex op and is now a pregenant man. Why the interest? I'm not available, i know you would want me to be.
  22. June? Brilliant! How long did it take you to think that one up? I see your sense of humour is as clever as your opinions. Interesting that most of you Divs can bring yourself to say if this fella/bird is right or wrong to do this though, waiting for a TSW superstar to nail their colours to the mast before you jump on the bandwagon?.........
  23. Have you just made that up Buctootim? I dont ever remember saying that at all. Not that it's any of your business or has got anything to do with the OP, but i live with a woman and am married. So stop mugging yourself off by making up stories.
  24. Right, so saying to have find someone attractive and want to have sex with them is homphobic is it? Maybe i'm wrong I thought the basic concept of having sex with someone is finding them attractive, then as the realtionship grows you decide to have kids. Luckily for me i only have to sleep with women i find attractive, maybe you have to bang anything you can get hold of? It's not religion or repression. As i said above my sister and cousin are homosexual so not based on ignorance either. I know you might like to think it is because not everyone agrees with everything that is rammed down their throats and if you hav a more traditional view then you are accused of being a bigot, but its my opinion based on what is natural and good for the child. SOme of you will churn out your pathetic metaphors like "driving a car isn't natural". But is a simple fact of nature that two people of the same sex ****ging cant have a kid, so how can it be natural or right for them to raise one? If they were meant to raise them together then it they'd be able to produce them together.
