Too old. Plus Only won the league 4 years out of 5 and never won the champions league at city despite spending billions. Could get Jesus peforming look how well he’s doing at Arsenal. Doesn’t use young players enough, look how many he’s sold too cheaply. Guy is a fraud with a large cheque book

Agreed with that. When we were good we were very good, when we were bad, like now it's as bad if not worse than as anything under Pellegrino. Im kind of left with a feeling of what might have been, for us to be in a very good run we needed everyone playing at the maximum, fit and in form, when one of those pieces isn't at it everything falls apart. Had he had a better, deeper squad then maybe things might have been different. However as a very minimum you need to be hard to beat and score against, in his time here we've been awful at that, easy to score against, no character in the team, repeatedly losing or drawing when winning, terrible goals against record and when things go against us we fall apart and that's down to the manager.

isn't he on holiday? He tweeted from Copenhagen at the weekend and wasn't commentating.

People who use the expression “working on my mental health” the latest thing that is all the rage Not only is it generally said by self indulgent bellends it also devalues people who genuinely do have mental health problems

Yeah it’s not like being sacked from a normal Job. Big pay out, but of time off and walk into another job within a few months. He is still fairly well regarded and another mid table club in England or Germany would probably take him. Personally think he’ll end up going back to Germany and doing alright there with a middle sized club.

We thought that when Austin, Bertrand, Lemina and Hoedt went.

Either the club are briefing the press which is a bit of a shitty thing to to do or there is a leak in the camp trying to cause problems. All this stuff about Ralph not having a relationship with the players recently suggests the latter

https://inews.co.uk/news/m-people-song-moving-on-up-liz-truss-soundtrack-tory-conference-speech-1895350?ico=related_stories 🤣🤣 absolutely slaughtered on the ITV evening news, “coming on stage moving on up shes starting so low that’s the only way to go” 🤣🤣 “Her party did its best to look supportive” ”an attempt to relate to voters, first prime minister to go to a comprehensive school, she’s not even the first conservative to go to one” ”the chancellor couldn’t wait to leave quickly enough” Then interviewing the MP who said we’ve now go Theresa May. rounding off with her next battle is to stay in power long enough so people remember her name 🤣🤣🤣 she’s having a mare has there even been a new prime minister who is such a laughing stock?

another one rumoured to have had a fall out with Ralph. Was the best player for us in 20/21 season, then disapeared off the face of the earth start of 21/22 and not been the same since.

it would have been amusing if they'd gone with Moving on up by Primal Scream instead I was blind, now I can see You made a believer, out of me I was blind, now I can see You made a believer, out of me I'm movin' on up now Gettin' out of the darkness My light shines on My light shines on My light shines on I was lost, now I'm found I believe in you, I've got no bounds I was lost, now I'm found I believe in you, I got no bounds I'm movin' on up now Gettin' out of the darkness My light shines on My light shines on My light shines on

Super Ralphs record is 8 wins in the last 30 leagues, perhaps significantly 3 in the last 20 which will no doubt become 3 in 21 on saturday. The reality of the situation if our form of the last 20 league games continues for the full of this season we'd finish the season on 22 points and be down by April.
-
Pellegrinos win % was 25.7% Hughes was worse at 18.5% Our current form in Ralphs last 20 games is worse than Pellerinos last 20 games before he was sacked.

It’s not really luck to sign a proven top quality player in a position that would improve them, maybe we should try it!

Hmm, he wasn’t quite so gushing about Broja… https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2021/09/14/southampton-premier-league-gossip-hasenhuttl-broja/ On Saturday, I have seen why we signed him and why the scouts wanted him to sign, and this is good,” Hasenhuttl said. “I had some very serious conversations with him to tell him what I want to see. He’s been a bit of a slow starter; you need to push him a little bit, I think. And now he’s moving in the direction I want to see and definitely shown his qualities he has so far, in this moment. This is very positive for me.” Doesn’t sound like he was one Ralph wanted in.

We lost to Everton due to switching off in defence, we lost to wolves due to one of the worst misses you’ll ever see, it was the short of chance a Sunday league 4 striker would never be allowed to forget if they missed. We lost to Villa because we put in one of the worst performances since we came back up . That’s the painful truth.

Great clip that. And this, the original version of this song then nicked by the scousers and passed off as their own thieving scum

I’d love to see Napoli win it, such a great style of football I’ve always liked them and it’s a brilliant area, although Roma are my Italian team due to Totti. I think they’ll end up burning out towards the end of the season and get done by one of the harder to beat teams that grind out results but hope I’m wrong.

Looks like both Adams and Armstrong were players the current manager wanted himself so not that much of a stretch to think a different manager would have signed other strikers https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/48826733 Hasenhuttl confirmed he has been "monitoring Adams for some time" and that he "fits the profile" of a player Southampton needs. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/58164406 Adam was a big target for us this summer, so we are very pleased to have added him to the squad," said boss Ralph Hasenhuttl.
