He’s been great all season though so they one extra week made all the difference. Maybe if Adam Armstrong had spent a few months learning how we play rather than coming straight in first game of the season he’d be the new Haaland.

This is more likely as if he’d signed for us he’d have spent 3 months hardly playing whilst learning our way then every time he got in an attack position he’d check back or inside. I’m just grateful for every second we spend in this fabulous league. Sooner or later we will return to our rightful place of being the young kid with their nose pressed up against the window of the local pub staring in at all the older, cooler kids having fun, hoping one day we will be welcomed in again. When we go down of course it’ll be sad but we shouldn’t be sorry it’s over we should be glad it happened
