I expect Goa is already liking his lips at the £80m transfer fee, but forgetting he has to buy him for more than we like to pay first
-
I’m not so sure. He only signed a new deal last summer. We’re well within our rights to fuck other clubs off. I think his agent knew what we’d offered Ings, other clubs were sniffing around with probably him as second or third choice And they’ve used it as leverage to get a new deal. Why wouldn’t you? He’s head and shoulders out most important player now, they know there would be uproar if he was sold and they’ve used that as a big bargain chip to do the deal. I don’t doubt there’s some sort of agreement that if we get offered xyz in the future then he’ll go but for now it’s a deal that suits everyone

https://www.bradfordcityafc.com/on-the-pitch/first-team-player-profiles/defenders/jorge-sikora/ I hope this lad is our radar for a young hungry and guaranteed to improve level. Really talented kid of polish decent and the polish fa already tapping him up to play for them. Class act

Josh doigy Doig to the tube of snoop doggy dog as his song

If we get someone really good it’ll take pressure of salisu, he could have a dreadlock holiday now and again (yeah it’s awful)
-
Seen plenty of kids have a good first few games then disappear. He was good but I’ve seen him be undroppable by some and suggested in every frigging position on the pitch from centre back to attacking midfield (number 10 as the hipsters call it) It’s looks promising but let’s not get too carried away and think he’s the answer or every problem position we have.

Mission complete mr client
-
If you could why wouldn’t you? Especially given his agent will have a good idea what we offered Ings and we’ve just trimmed best part of £300k a week off the wage bill
-
Exactly. A back up young left back is fine. But we can’t be gambling on that for a centre back where we need a first choice quality signing better than we’ve got
-
Don’t know anything about him but sounds too expensive
-
To be blunt it shouldn’t be that hard to find a centre back better than we’ve got for c£15m+
-
Yep not the position or time to penny pinch, gamble on young hungry and guaranteed to improve or thinking about resale value in 3 years time. Go and spend what we can on someone who will improve the team straight away
-
Agreed a release clause for next summer otherwise that £100k a week wage will be a millstone round our neck in the championship next season Am i warm?

Always looks a bit smug to me.

Fraudulent impersonation and deceit Impersonation for fraudulent reasons, for instance, to obtain money, goods or services will amount to criminal activity under the Fraud Act 2006 (FA 2006) for which the impersonator could face prosecution through the criminal courts for the offence of fraud or a similar type of offence. FA 2006 carries prison sentences varying between 12 months and ten years. Up to ten years in prison for impersonating someone else to obtain money, goods or service. Entry to a football stadium using someone elses ticket could we be considered one of these. Minimum of 6 year football banning order for crimes that lead to prison as well. Sleep with your shoes on chaps.

good in the air, yes?

He tweeted on wednesday "we aren;t signing a centre back are we" With the photo of Simeu from the club twitter feed. He's guessing.

Oh how i miss the days of the cute, naive optimism on here when we were on an unstoppable march to the champions league in our newly expanded 50,000 capacity stadium with our team of academy graduates who would stay here forever to play with their friends all their careers. Didn't they once say man would never walk on the moon was the sole logical reason behind it and why anyone who said it was pie in the sky were negative trolls with an anti club agenda.

Cahill to Bournemouth on a one year deal. Cant help but feel we've missed a trick here.
-
hmm, strange. Signed by Sevlla for €10m, hardly played, sold to RB Salzburg for €12m 6 months later. 23 so fits the young, hungry and guaranteed to improve criteria.
-
] 22 when this was taken, yeah right....
-
Using someone elses season ticket is a breach of ground regulations and will lead to a ban and potential criminal proceedings for fraud if you are caught.

I didn't think he was that bad! Two Arsenal players make our worst Premier League XI of the opening weekend (football365.com) Centre-back: Jack Stephens (Southampton)Awful defending for Everton’s third goal but it’s his distribution that gets him in this XI. A 68.2% pass completion rate is pathetic from a centre-half. This could be a long, long season for the Saints, who lost Jannik Vestergaard in the week before the season opener.
