Definitely a lot harder as you get older. I'm quite a big guy so struggle with a lot of the gymnastic elements of it. Rowing, cycling, weights etc im fine with but things like handstand push ups, wall walks, toes to bar are difficult for me. Sometimes when you see these 23 year old super fit lads and girls smashing it out the park have to remind myself that i'm old enough to be their dad.

We still lack the ambition to really push on. Players and other clubs still think we want to stay a small club. These deals would be possible if we had a bigger stadium.
