There has to be a margin for error, this measuring down to mms is farcical. As per the above article a footballer can move 13cm between frames, a ball even quicker, so getting lines out to judge mms on frames which are slower than the speed a player and ball can move at means it'll never be accurate.

We moved to St Marys just over 20 years ago meaning that there are now a large percentage of our fans who would never have been to the Dell. I guess most kids would first go to a game 8-10, meaning that most of our fans 28-30 or under would only know life at St Marys. Makes you feel old.

Agreed, utterly ridiculous suggestion. Not sure i agree about the attitude, he's a young lad desperate to play first team football, nothing wrong in that, maybe he thinks he's ready but tuesday night showed why he isn't. I for one had been really looking forward to seeing him and wondering why he wasn't getting a chance, he showed that Ralph was right not too, not mature enough yet. Plenty of kids of a similar age have done similar things and gone onto have great careers so all those claiming he should be thrown out of the club and never appear for us again are morons.

Sadly this is probably true. Even from the frame they used for lines there are at least two players playing him onside, how they can look at that and conclude he was offside in ridiculous. Wasn't the argument on saturday that Ings armband played him offside, so how can Adams he offside by finger tips?

It'll be instrumental in our defeat on saturday as we only have one centre half if he's banned.
